Subject stated she was just making a phone call.

Domestic disturbance
S. Bear Creek Road
Caller advised that her daughter is threatening to take her door off the room.

Criminal trespass
Miners Legend Road – Santa Rita
Caller advised that the father of his grandson is trespassing and harassing caller but now is leaving. Deputy advised that calls to caller went unanswered/out at location.

Reckless driver
Highway 152 – Santa Rita
Brown Chevy just passed caller on the shoulder/two males headed toward Santa Clara/they pulled into a church in Hanover. Deputy advised out on Lupe Rivera Road.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that he has clothes that belong to a named male and that male and his friends are threatening to go over and get them back.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 141
Deputy had contact with truck and trailer/vehicle was not speeding or swerving and had paperwork for trailer and ATV.

Shooting
Cortez Avenue -- Hurley
Male in silver car just shot at him/they yelled something out the window and fired two rounds/caller is on foot/should be four occupants/left toward Deming/female driver-three males. Deputy advised of a 22-year-old male with wound to left shoulder/bleeding not severe.

Loud music
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Deputy made contact with homeowners and told them they had to bring the noise down/they said they would.

Welfare check
Mimbres Yucca
Caller advised that a female is screaming but can’t figure out from where. Deputy out at Mimbres Quail/they have music very loud and people were partying/advised them to quiet down.

Assault
Kirkland Road
Caller advised that she was driving on Kirkland Road looking for her dog when she came upon a brown pitbull in the middle of the roadway/assuming it was lost she picked it up intending to take it to the shelter when she was approached by subjects carrying a bat. Caller advised that they yelled at her to put her hands up and pointed the bat at her and demanded she give their dog back. Caller advised that she did feel threatened and wants to . . .

Breaking and entering
Truck Bypass
Caller advised that she can hear someone trying to get into her bedroom window. She can hear the screen coming off. Deputy walked around the house and spoke to caller/everything appeared to be okay.

Domestic disturbance
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised that her neighbors are outside yelling and screaming/there are a lot of subjects on scene. Deputy advised that it was two brothers fighting/everything is okay now.

Reckless driver
Turkey Creek Road
Deputies out with reckless operators of non-street legal dirt bikes riding at a high rate of speed/considerable noise disturbance/ also small children on bicycles.

Burglary
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Deputy following caller to where the burglary occurred.

Criminal damage to property
Hanover shrine
Caller advised that the shrine at the corner of Highways 152 and 356 has been damaged.

Welfare check
Cottonwood Road
Caller advised that she can hear a female yelling ‘Please don’t hurt me.’ Deputy made contact with some loud music on Helen Lynch and asked them to turn the music down/clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 118
Pulled over where they hold the swap meet to get some sleep before work/driven from Benson to Silver City.

Criminal damage to property
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that his neighbor painted black stuff on his driveway and his expensive rims.

Harassment
Highway 180 @ Western Drive
Caller advised that the driver of a white Chevy truck harassed him and threatened to have his two brothers beat caller up/it has been an ongoing issue.

Domestic disturbance
Western Drive
Caller advised that a male is hitting a female but they left already.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 104
Deputy advised that the van is unoccupied/appears to be broken down.
