Caller advised having trouble with neighbors regarding court issue about deed to property.

Caller advised that her boyfriend broke her nose and dropped her off at the hospital. Deputy called El Refugio to see if there is room for one female.

Weapons fired
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised subjects in a maroon car are shooting then disconnected the line. Deputy out with maroon vehicle at very end of park.

Criminal damage to property
Truck Bypass
Caller advised that equipment parked at his trailer park has been damaged.

Wednesday, June 1

Suspicious vehicle
Cortez Avenue and First Street
Dome light is on. Deputy made contact with owner and he made sure all doors were closed and light off.

Security guard watching the fence.

Deputy advised he is waiting for a second driver.

Welfare check
Rosedale Road
Male lying on the side of the road. Deputy made contact with male who stated that he was resting.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Highway 15 – MM 4
Caller advised that his blue Ford F250 had its windshield and driver-side window busted out. Advised that he left it there after he had helped a family member who had broken down.

De La O Road
Huge brown bear being chased by four dogs. Deputy advised G&F dispatch in Las Cruces.

Reckless driver
Mahogany and Rosedale roads
Male on bike, possibly intoxicated. Deputy went traffic with bike/will be giving him a ride with his bike to Canal Street.

Weapons fired
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller heard 20 shots. Deputy spoke to caller and neighbors.

Disturbance
Skyview Drive
Male caller advised that he is trying to calm down guests that are out of control. Third caller advised that males are talking about guns.

Thursday, June 2

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 152 – MM 1.5
Deputy made contact and advised that the vehicle is going to stay there/subject got a ride.

Welfare check
Little Walnut Picnic Grounds
Female reported to staff that she was suicidal/is in a brown van. Deputy out with the van.

Reckless driver
Fotis Road
Caller advised that county vehicles are speeding and dropping gravel on the road.

Fight
S. Bear Creek Road – Pinos Altos
Campfire got out of control. Caller called back advising that when her husband went down to the fire, the subject who is camped there and started the fire hit her husband on the arm with a shovel. Deputy made contact and advised that the male is going to leave/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Gold Rush Road – Hanover
Caller advised that her husband has taken the keys to her truck and is holding her hostage/she is locked inside the truck. Advised that she is not hurt just very scared. Advised that every time she tries to get out of the truck he hits the autolock so she can’t get out.
