Caller advised that a male has been lying in road/he is conscious yet disoriented/caller hung up. Officer will be giving male a ride to Santa Clara.

Highway 180 – MM 121
Red Toyota pickup with male driver looks to be hitting himself/every time he does he swerves off the roadway. Officer went traffic with vehicle south of city limits.

Wednesday, June 8

Intoxicated persons
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
A named male is in the middle of the roadway by Food Basket. Second caller advised the male is flipping people off and standing in the middle of the roadway. Officer dropped male off at an East Street address in Santa Clara.

Domestic disturbance
Budge Street
Caller advised that her 27-year-old nephew attacked her while she was outside washing her hair/he is still there. Officer out with caller/negative contact with nephew.

Welfare check
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised that a named male won’t bring child back and her child is supposed to start school. Officer out with another named male.

Domestic disturbance
E Street – 9:15 p.m.
Caller advised of a domestic and that he picked up his sister. He refused to give any other information other than the subjects at that location are crazy.

E Street – 10 p.m.
A named female just came back, who is caller’s ex-girlfriend. Female said she wants to kill herself, then left with her brother. Female said she is not going back to jail because she is on probation. Caller needs officer.

Disturbance
E Street and Linda Drive – 11:15 p.m.
Caller advised that drunken subjects are throwing bottles. Officer had contact with a white Ford Ranger at D Street and 4th.

Lea Drive
Caller’s brother is upset and drunk driving an older blue Chevy truck. Officer had negative contact.

Cortez Avenue
Caller advised that her 9-year-old son who is with his father was supposed to be home on Monday to start summer camp. Officer had negative contact at address given.

Santa Clara Police Department

Monday, June 6

Stolen motor vehicle
S. Bellm Street
Caller advised that their 20-year-old son took their 2000 Chevy Silverado without permission around 6:30 this morning. Officers had negative contact.

Welfare check
Santa Clara Laundrymat
A named male is lying in the middle of the street/is refusing to get up/is very belligerent. Officer dropped male off at his house.

Male on the side of the road/caller is out with him in a white Ford.

Welfare check
S. Bellm Street
Caller advised that a named female hasn’t answered her phone in weeks.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Highway 180 at Armory
Caller advised that when he came out from voting, he noticed an unknown male with lug nuts in his hand, throwing them away. Advised that when caller got to his truck his truck’s lug nuts were missing. Officer advised negative on any report/they are going to replace . . .

Disturbance
N. Prescott Street
Female caller advised to get officers there now then disconnected. Dispatcher could hear arguing in the background. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/everything is okay.

N. Mineral Street
Caller advised that two males are passed out drunk in front yard in a white older model car. Officer advised negative on anyone being drunk. They were advised if they were going to drink to go back inside.
