For the weekend, beginning Friday July 8, 2016 at 4:00 pm and ending Monday July 11, 2016 at 8:00 am Officers of the Silver City Police Department responded to 68 calls for service and had 88 self-initiated activity, and made 12 arrests. Including 1 for DUI.

Included in the above calls for service are 3 Domestic Disturbance, 3 Disturbance Complaints, 3 Shoplifting, 1 Battery, 3 Harassment, 1 Injuring and Tampering to a Motor Vehicle, 3 Unwanted Subject, 1 Private Property Accident, 1 Suspicious Person.
