Caller advised that smoke is coming into house from a fire next door and his neighbors refuse to put it out. Officer made contact and advised they did put the fire out. Caller called back advising as soon as officers left the neighbors turned up their music.

Officer had negative contact and advised that they have been to the address for a number of disturbances the past several months/no one will ever answer the door. Officer has heard people inside but they will never open the door.
