Have fun and enjoy helping a local business!

Scott Terry of the Silver City-Grant County Chamber of Commerce knows this is short notice, but the grapes at La Esperanza Vineyard in the Mimbres Valley of Grant County are needing to be harvested.

Yesterday, he and his wife volunteered to help with harvesting grapes... and "we had a great time. David and Esperanza have the clippers and buckets. They will show you what has to be done. They will furnish you water, Gatorade, and soft drinks while picking grapes. And they will have some other nice things for you to enjoy as a token of their thanks for helping."

If you would like to help harvest grapes at La Esperanza Vineyard and Winery, give David a call. There are only a few more days of harvest left in this season. The next day to volunteer will be tomorrow - Tuesday, Sept.27. To volunteer or ask questions, the phone number is 505-259-9523.

It really is kind of fun, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the rewards you will receive. Call La Esperanza Vineyards today... (505) 259-9523.
The vineyard is located just south of San Lorenzo in the Mimbres River Valley.
