Woman walking unsteady in the median/not dressed appropriately/looked cold. Deputy out at Tyrone Post Office/advised she is walking to her father's/clear.

Female lying on the ground. Deputy advised out with female at entrance to Tyrone/dropping female off at Ridge Road Chevron.

Harassment
27 Twin Sisters Creek Road
Two women are trespassing on his property in a gray Ford Escape. Another caller advised she is from an attorney's office and was there to service the female on the property and the gate was
unlocked. Caller advised the female refused the papers and began . . .

N. Pheasant Drive
Caller advised his two children, 1 and 3-years-old, are with their mother and caller is concerned about drug use and the mother smoking in front of the children. Advised he spoke with her on the phone and she was drunk and belligerent and he believes the house is filthy and the children are not being well taken care of. Caller kept repeating the same information and did not want to disconnect the line. Advised he was experiencing an anxiety attack but refused an ambulance.

Caller advised that a male is drunk and causing problems. Deputy advised will be standing by with the male until his son comes and picks him up/advised son did arrive.

Missing persons
1235 E. Highway 180
Two individuals contacted deputy advising that their friends were on their way here and have not shown up. The last contact they had was at 7 p.m. when they were going through the Black Range coming from Rio Rancho. Deputy relayed ATL to Sierra County.

Disturbance
Cottage San Road and Jasper Drive
Caller advised that she can hear a bunch of screaming and hollering. Deputy had negative contact.

Larceny
Bornite Court - Tyrone
Caller advised that his wife left her car unlocked and her purse was stolen.

Intoxicated driver
West Highway 180 - Grant County
Caller advised of a possibly intoxicated female driver eastbound. NMSP went traffic with vehicle at MM 104.

Weapons fired
Mobile Drive
Caller advised one shot was heard then four more. Deputies spoke to neighbors who advised they heard it too. Deputies had negative contact.

Sunday, Oct. 16

Disturbance
Bayard Community Center
Deputy advised that as soon as a unit arrived on scene to some people arguing they immediately calmed down/clear.

Unwanted subject
Little Walnut Road - 2 p.m.
Caller advised that his girlfriend is there causing problems and he wants her to leave/nothing physical, he just wants her gone. Dispatcher could hear female yelling in the background.

Little Walnut Road - 6:30 p.m.
Caller advised that his ex is back and inside the house not causing problems. Deputy had contact with caller/attempting to catch up to the female in a maroon Dodge pickup. Deputy went traffic with vehicle and issued female an indefinite CTW to the Little Walnut Road address.

Caller advised that her 78-year-old aunt has cancer, is not in her right state of mind, and is living alone. Deputy made contact with aunt and advised she is okay and will call her niece.

Domestic disturbance
Bypass Road
Caller advised that her brother is highly intoxicated and she is scared. Deputy advised it was nothing physical/male left prior to arrival.

Breaking and entering
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that someone stole a lot of his belongings from his shop
