Highway 180 @ Blake's Lotaburger
Caller advised that a tall Hispanic male who seems out of it is walking in the middle of the road. Officer made contact and advised the male said that he was intoxicated and going to the Chevron for a burrito. The male also advised that his knuckles are broken but refused medical attention.

Domestic disturbance

28-year-old son is arguing with her/verbal only. Officer had contact with son.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

Intoxicated persons
Steyskal Street
Caller advised that some male workers on the roof at this residence were drinking beer and caller was concerned the residence is near the high school.

Welfare check
Cobre High School
Caller from CYFD advised a child who lives on Highway 152 is afraid to go home. Caller called back advising it is not at Cobre High but at Silver High School. Officer advised en route to Silver High School.

Main Street
Caller advised that she was told that her 15-year-old daughter, who was supposed to be staying in Hurley with a friend, is in Bayard with another named female and caller is concerned because her daughter has gotten into trouble with the named female before.

Stolen motor vehicle
E Street
Caller advised that a named male just took off with her white Nissan Sentra and he didn't have permission. Advised the right rear bumper is hanging off with duct tape. Advised the male did say he was going to the college.

Thursday, Oct. 27

Domestic disturbance
Cottonwood Street - North Hurley
Caller advised two subjects are involved in a dispute in the roadway, male trying to bust out windows to a van. Male and female involved. Caller advised there is a lot of yelling and a third person is trying to break up the fight. Advised it is now getting physical.

Breaking and entering
E Street
Caller advised that she can hear someone trying to break into her trailer. Advised she is afraid to get up and see what is going on. Advised the noise has stopped but it comes and goes.

Harassment

Caller advised he was having an argument with a female.

Officer advised that they are shutting it down for the night/clear.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

S. East Street
Caller advised that his son heard a female yelling and then they heard something hit very loud. Officers had negative contact so far.

Disturbance
S. Prescott Street
A named male is throwing stuff and not acting right - possibly high. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

Welfare check
Caller advised that a Hispanic man was walking bleeding from the head. Officer advised that a man with no shirt was seen by a boulder in the creek.

Thursday, Oct. 27

Domestic disturbance
S. Bayard and W. Mill streets
Male is getting physical with the female/they are walking north on Bayard Street toward the Catholic Church. Officer advised in foot pursuit/one in custody. Officer requested ambulance for 19-year-old male who has asthma and says he is going to pass out.
