The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Silver City, 3845 N. Swan Street, December 4, 10 am. Reverend Angela Herrera, Associate Minister at First Unitarian Church of Albuquerque, will speak, via a DVD, on The Nativity Scene. She will relate various Gospel accounts of Jesus' birth and their seeming contradictions. She will also discuss the meaning at the heart of the nativity story, hospitality. Does Jesus' birth so close to modern day Syria beg the question, "Who is a Stranger?" There will be coffee and conversation after the service.
