Caller advised an older vehicle that looks like it was involved in an accident is on side of road. Caller advised they didn't stop because of dense fog.

Highway 180 - MM 138
Caller advised that a small blue car is down on the side of the road. Deputy advised this is the same vehicle he checked on earlier.

Criminal trespass
North Hurley/mines
Caller advised that people in an older gray truck were cutting wood. Deputy issued an indefinite CTW to a named male.

Harassment
Malachite Avenue - Tyrone
Ex-boyfriend of daughter is threatening caller. Deputy was dispatched.

Reckless driver
S. Highway 90 @ Tyrone Mine
Near MacDonald's a semi is all over his lane/hasn't crossed caller's lane yet. Deputy followed semi/negative on any reckless driving.

Criminal trespass
Ortiz Street
Caller advised that someone is trespassing and a neighbor is following them. Deputy made contact and advised a named female and a named male to stay off other people's property.

Caller advised that he allowed a female to stay there after meeting her at the gospel mission and she stole some money from him and now wants to return to pick up her belongings.

Highway 15/Little Cherry Creek Road
Caller advised that he was flagged down by a male on Highway 15, who stated he had broken down in the mountains and needed a ride into town. Caller advised he didn't have room but advised he would call for help. Officer had negative contact with the male on Highway 15.

Weapons fired

Deputy made contact with some citizens but had negative contact with any shots fired.

Welfare check
N. Pheasant Drive
Caller advised they heard over the phone a verbal altercation between their son and his girlfriend/they both sounded intoxicated/there are children in the house.

Saturday, Dec. 24

Stolen motor vehicle
E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male just stole her blue, Chevy, Cheyenne pickup that had two guns in it.

Weapons fired
La Montana Drive
Subjects shooting a pistol and a high-powered rifle. Deputy on foot. Deputy advised that they are within legal limits to shoot.

Domestic disturbance
3785 E. Highway 180
Caller advised he could hear a female behind J&J Signs screaming, a male yelling, and a vehicle honking. Deputies advised ATL at Walgreens and Albertsons/out on foot/back in his unit.

Unwanted subject
Corto Drive - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that his 18-year-old stepson thinks he's tough and wants him removed. Deputy made contact and advised parties to stay away from each other for the night/everything is okay/clear.

Harassment
Camino Tolteca
Caller advised that her neighbors are walking around her trailer. Deputy made contact and advised footprints were seen/other than that everything appeared to be okay.

Domestic disturbance
Wright Road - Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that her boyfriend is intoxicated and is causing problems/all verbal/he just left. Deputies out with male at Georgetown Road and Highway 152.

Disturbance
Fort Bayard Medical Center
Caller advised that one of their patients is going crazy and broke a window to the outside/they cannot restrain her. Deputy requested ambulance to transport a 71-year-old female with dementia/highly agitated and psychosis.

Suspicious vehicle
Old Fort Bayard
Deputy made contact with Fort Bayard Security who advised that occupants of the vehicle possibly stole items out of a dump truck. Deputy had negative contact with vehicle.
