Assault
Hurley Park
Caller advised that a 15-year-old female was almost raped by a male she knows. Advised she was able to get away and ran to his house. Advised the male was driving a gray flatbed truck. Advised she does not need an ambulance. Deputy requested detective on call.

Battery
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Caller advised that a female hit her head and is bleeding/line was breaking up and could not understand what he was saying/disconnected. Upon call back no contact. Caller called back advising that his pants had been gone through and his wallet and phone were missing/she stole his cigarettes too/she is just making her face worse from prior injuries with a named female the other day.

Larceny
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Walk-in advised his mail had been stolen.

Domestic disturbance
Fairway
Dispatch received a 911 and when it was answered caller disconnected right away. Upon call back a female answered and advised, “They are trying to get in.” Advising her ex is trying to kick open her door and kicked her as well. Deputy advised clear.

Tuesday, July 18

Game and Fish
Highway 35 and Allen Road
Deputy advised there was glass in the road and that the deer had been dead for a while/deer is now out of the roadway.

Welfare check
Little Walnut Picnic Area
Caller advised that a male advised that someone in a vehicle tried to run him over then came back and did hit him/negative on bleeding or an ambulance/caller is not going to be standing by with the male. Deputy had contact.

Harassment
Highways 152 and 61
Caller advised that a male who lives nearby started cussing and yelling at caller because he was looking toward him. Caller advised the male was mad because workers did not show up.

Burglary
Jennings Lane – Lake Roberts
Caller advised she has been gone for a few months and when she got home she saw that multiple items from inside her house were taken.

Intoxicated driver
Chuck’s Folly – Cliff
Caller advised following a gray Dodge truck from Buckhorn to Cliff and it could not maintain lanes.

Welfare check
Highway 15 – MM 7 – 10:15 p.m.
Male in the middle of the highway all full of blood and very disoriented. Second caller advised male is in front of Bear Creek Cabins at this time. Deputies searched entire area with negative contact.

Wednesday, July 19

Welfare check
Highway 15 @ Bear Creek Cabins – 5:45 a.m.
Male with long hair, disoriented, walking toward Pinos Altos. Caller stopped and told the male to get out of the road/male told caller he was lost. Deputy out at the church on Highway 15/male was dropped off at a Highway 15 address/male advised he’d crashed on his motorcycle and gotten turned around/negative on needing an ambulance.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 @ VFW
Just past VFW caller hit a deer. Second caller advised the deer is dead but there is a fawn still alive right cross the stop sign at the Rio de Arenas Snappy. GCSD gave call to NMSP.

Harassment
Mulberry Drive – Lake Roberts
Crazy neighbor just threatened him. Deputy advised spoke to both.

Domestic disturbance
Turkey Creek Road – Cliff
Have an open 911 line/can hear a female advise a male goodnight and to leave her alone/can hear subjects arguing about a gun/female advised he cannot hold it anymore with his two wrists. Male advised “I will ******* kill someone.” Still have open line/can hear male arguing with female. Male calling female a “bum” and a “freebee.”

Sandalwood Avenue
87-year-old male last seen altered mental status. Deputy advised male is okay and will call caller.

Dragonfly Trail – Arenas Valley
Horse trailer and pickup have been parked here for several hours. Caller could not provide any description.
