New beige Toyota Tacoma truck is in her driveway/unknown who it belongs to. Deputy advised per homeowner’s request to send next wrecker.

Accident-property damage
E. 14th and N. Bennett streets
Car hit a truck.

In reference to continued issues with neighbor.

Reckless driver

Same 4 wheeler popping wheelies headed back to Uncle Woody’s. Deputy out on Goathead Path/spoke to subject from yesterday who says his buddies are out on the 4 wheeler today and should be back any minute.

Weapons fired
Horseman’s Trail – Tyrone
Caller advised unknown people are shooting on her property/caller is between MM 24-25 off of Harry McCauley Road/believes it is a high-powered rifle. Deputy made contact and advised that the people shooting had permission from the landowner.

Harassment
Highway 15 @ Bear Creek Road
Caller advised that a named male keeps threatening caller. Deputies out at Continental Divide Trailer Park.

Suspicious vehicle
Grandview Drive and Arrowhead Road
Caller advised this older Ford pickup has been parked there since this morning. Deputy advised it needs a new battery/everything is okay.

Welfare check
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Male and female screaming at each other in a named residence and the children are crying.
Deputy advised negative contact with any yelling/all units clear.

Domestic disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that sister is going crazy and destroying things/unknown if she is intoxicated/possibly narcotics. Advised she hit one of the pets with a metal rod and is now walking to an address on Arenas Valley Road. Deputy made contact advising this was all verbal/everything is okay.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ MM 111 (1 mile south of Truck Bypass junction)
Caller advised that she can hear a female screaming. Deputy had negative contact.

Saturday, Aug. 5

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised there are kids playing loud music. Deputy made contact at address/advised negative on loud music and negative on kids being at the residence.

Welfare check
Bobwhite Drive
NM Crisis Line has a named male back on the line advising he tried to hang himself right after LE left his location. NM Crisis Line advised will be patching with dispatch talking to male/very depressed and suicidal/has many reasons to be/advised he will be waiting for LE/advised it will not be good for LE if they do show up/he has plans for everything/he does not want to live this temporary life anymore.

Weapons fired
Spear Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised it sounded like a high-powered rifle. Second caller advised someone is shooting in the arroyo. Deputy out at a Tabor Street address.

Domestic disturbance
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
A male is throwing rocks at a female/the female is hiding. Male got into a blue and gray van but is not leaving.

Larceny
Santa Clara Armory
Explorer gear has been taken.

Burglary
Mathers Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that someone jimmied the lock and a TV, DVD system, stereo, tools and lots of other things are missing.

Littering
Highway 180 @ MM 116 (halfway between Walmart and Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Removing debris from the road.

Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised he cannot get hold of his sister/he has been trying for about three weeks. Deputy made contact and advised everything is okay/the phone has been out but got fixed today and she will call caller.

Suspicious vehicle
Pinon Drive and Rosedale Road
Caller advised that a male is walking around the area not doing anything wrong at this time. Caller called back advising it is the neighbor’s friend.

Harassment
Camino Moreno – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a tweaked out lady is harassing him. Deputy made contact with caller who advised the female walked back up to Racetrack Road. Deputy out with female by Camino Azul/female advised she would stay away from caller’s residence for the night.

Disturbance
Partridge Drive
Caller advised that someone was calling her name.

Battery
5490 Highway 152
Female who is out of control/she hit a young male in the head with a rock/she is very intoxicated. Deputy advised ATL for female walking wearing white shirt and blue jeans.

Sunday, Aug. 6

Criminal damage to property
Wright Road – Upper Mimbres
Damage to her fence. Deputy made contact with caller/fence had no damage/top post was pulled up out of socket/padlock was damaged. No witnesses or suspects. Padlock was priced at three for $10.

Criminal trespass warning
1535 Arroyo Lane
Two named males opened the gate and came in with no permission.

Domestic disturbance
Truck Bypass
Caller wants to meet with a deputy regarding a dispute with his girlfriend. Deputy made contact advising clear/other party did not want to give a statement.

Breaking and entering
Camino Tolteca
Deputy advised show me with two in investigative detention/a named male has arrived and is securing the shed and trailer door.
