Stolen motor vehicle
3110 E. Highway 180
Side by side belonging to a customer was stolen last night.

Criminal damage to property

Walk-in advised that a man was jaywalking, hit his mirror and it broke.

Caller advised that his sister who is staying with her girlfriend has been texting that she wants to go home when she got paid/hasn’t heard from her in two days. Officer en route to Motel 6.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 @Walmart
Male was hitting a female in a purple car about 30 minutes ago. Officer advised negative contact at registered owner’s house/is familiar with both parties and vehicle/will ATL.

Suspicious vehicle
Montana Street
Officer advised a female is waiting for grandson to get off the bus.

Battery
Magistrate Court
35-year-old female in an altercation/bleeding/face is hurting. Officer advised out at a Pine Street address then out at Mag Court.

Missing persons
Harrison Schmitt School
Caller, who is the great-grandma, advised that the 6-year-old child never made it home from the bus. He got on the bus at Harrison Schmitt. Administration trying to get hold of the bus driver. Bus driver said he never made it on the bus. Officer advised the child was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.

Leslie Road
A 38-year-old named female said about 5-10 minutes ago that she was going to go home and kill herself/she was going to take the rest of her prescription meds/she lives alone and doesn’t drive/she will not open the door. Officer out at address and she isn’t answering the door.

Accident-property damage
16th and N. Bennett streets
Caller just rear-ended/driving a Toyota 4Runner/no injuries/in the roadway.

Welfare check
1 Ridge Road and S. Highway 90
Three kids on bikes riding in the middle of the roadway. Officer had negative contact.

Breaking and entering
E. 7th Street
Caller advised that her house may have been broken into/she does not live there but the locked gate appears to have been picked and stuff on the front porch seems to have been moved and gone through. Officer set up frequent patrol for next week.

1060 E. Highway 180
Someone is yelling for help. Officer advised to call a named female on Mountain View Road and ask her if she is okay and if she is outside calling her dogs. NMSP officer had negative contact with female.

41st Street
A 49-year-old intoxicated female fell down and needs help getting up. Caller was very vague with his answers. Officer made contact and requested ambulance for a 48-year-old female who is awake and breathing. Officer advised everything is okay/we got female inside.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Female left headed toward Tractor Supply/had beer, shoes and food. Caller called back advising the female left her son inside the store. Officer out at Walmart to speak to Loss Prevention.

Saturday, Aug. 26

Larceny
1235 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that several vehicles were tampered with and vehicle parts taken.

Domestic disturbance
Howell Street
A male and a named female are in the yard yelling at each other. Officer made contact and spoke to her boyfriend but could not locate her.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
A named male with items ran out without paying and left in a gray Dodge Caravan. Officer had negative contact.

Shoplifting
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a named female just stole some items and left. Officer ATL to issue indefinite CTW for all Family Dollar stores.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
A female with two kids who was drinking alcohol in the store did not pay for it and left in a black Ford truck.

Domestic disturbance
N. Corbin Street
Caller advised that a named male is refusing to leave. Officer put out ATL for the male to issue an indefinite CTW for the Corbin Street address.

Welfare check
E. Pine Street
Caller advised that she has not heard from her brother in about four days.

Vehicle burglary
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised that her purse and tablet were taken.

Intoxicated persons
206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a male is falling down outside. Officer advised negative on ambulance/will be giving him a ride home.

Sunday, Aug. 27

Stolen motor vehicle
6th Street and The Hub
Caller advised that the last time the vehicle was seen was 10:30 p.m. - midnight last night and the car is missing and no one has a key. Caller advised she already checked with the repo company and a towing company and they don’t have it.

Harassment
Gough Park
Caller advised that a male started yelling at him to get out of his vehicle. Officer out with caller.

Intoxicated persons
2005 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a female who left Wrangler’s was very intoxicated and could not open the door to her vehicle/she was stumbling and could not stand.

Welfare check
1313 E. 32nd Street
Male yelling at traffic and throwing rocks at cars/just walked up Leslie Road. Officer had negative contact.
