Caller advised that a fight is going on above the hill and cars keep going up there as well. Officer arrested one and released on a CTA.

Male in a white truck is pounding a female in the face. Both are inside the truck. Officer out with Chevy pickup.

Caller advised the owner and renter are outside yelling and cussing at each other. Officer made contact/clear.

Caller advised she just got into a domestic with her husband and she has bruises/refused ambulance. Officers ATL a black/blue BMW hatchback.

Caller advised that a male just stole a jacket and a jersey and left on a motorcycle.

Caller advised that her 14-year-old grandson left her residence after she told him not to leave. He is walking south on Little Walnut toward Jose Barrios/caller advised she has custody. Officer has contact with juvi on Little Walnut and . . .

Caller advised that her neighbor accused her of harboring her husband’s lover/caller advised she does not know who this female is. Officer on scene.

1313 E. 32nd Street – 6:40 p.m.
In the ER there is a patient refusing to leave the hallway and go into a room/it is escalating/not violent yet. Deputies advised a male is trying to kick out his window on Highway 180 and H&R Block in median.

Caller advised he is stuck outside of his residence/is not sure what he needs, however he does need help. Officer made contact and asked male if he fell and the male laughed. Officer requested ambulance for 59-year-old male with pain on his side.

Male that was there earlier is threatening staff with a chair/he isn’t allowing staff to tend to patients/acting violent with the chair.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

Aggravated battery

Walk-in advised it happened at 5 a.m. at a Texas Street address.

Burglary
SCPD requested a deputy for a burglary that happened in the county on Grandview and property is in custody of SCPD.

Officer made contact with vehicle and spoke with both drivers at U-Store It/clear.

1956 E. Highway 180
Male attempted to take allergy medication/not causing problems. Officer issued him an indefinite CTW per manager’s request/manager advised negative on other charges.

19th Street
Female in a wheelchair in the middle of the roadway. Female stated she was okay but would not move from the middle of the road. Caller was able to help her into her house at the Casa Linda Apartments/she is okay. Officer had contact/everything is okay/clear.

Caller advised he has both his kids with him and his ex is following him/they do not have a parenting plan at this time.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180 – 7 p.m.
As officers were doing a walk-thru at Walmart, they were advised that a male and his son had walked out of Walmart quickly at about 6:45 p.m. with a 55-inch Philips 5000 Series Smart UHD LED TV valued at $398. However, the reporting person was unsure if the TV was stolen or if it had been paid for/he would call back if he found out the TV had been stolen.

Caller advised that her son is knocking on the door and he is not supposed to be there. Caller does not want to speak to anyone, she just wants him gone. Officers advised clear/son left prior to arrival.

Officer advised they will close the door and music will be turned off for the night.

Caller advised that a named male is walking up and down the road/unknown what he is doing. Officer had negative contact.

Neighbor from adjacent apartment banging on her door last night and yelling for her to come out. Officer on scene but had negative contact with neighbor.

Deputy spoke with caller who advised he was giving a named female a ride to her attorney and then gave her a ride to the store. Advised that she was very upset after they left the store and raised her right arm and said she was going to hit him.

Walk-in was just jumped by a named male and another male in the Big Ditch/requested an ambulance. Officer advised 25-years-old/no blood/concerned for head trauma.

Caller advised a vehicle with four males keeps passing by her yelling and asking if she needs a ride. Officers had contact with the female at Swan and 25th/en route with female to El Refugio.

Caller advised she was on the phone with her boyfriend when he went into some kind of seizure. Caller called back advising the boyfriend had just fallen asleep.

Caller advised that a 22-year-old male is acting crazy and needs to be checked out/when they woke him up he looked at them funny. When asked what was wrong caller said never mind and disconnected. Officer advised clear/everything is okay/he does not want EMS/he just woke up all of a sudden.

Officer advised to have city pick up an old TV that just dumped there. Was advised that WNMU maintenance picked the TV up.

Caller advised he hasn’t been able to get a hold of his 49-year-old girlfriend. Officer made contact advising her phone has been busy and she will contact caller.

Two vehicles/one is a black Toyota 4Runner/the other is a white Honda Accord.

Male attacked a security guard and they have him on the floor at this time. Officer advised that a warrant will be ready to be served when the male gets released from GRMC.

Caller advised her car was sideswiped on Monday while it was parked unattended on Arizona Street.

1814 N. Swan Street
Male in a white jacket is being chased by about six subjects headed toward CVS. A female driver of a black car still at the gas pumps is who the subjects are with. Off-duty officer advised the white Tahoe involved in this call took off northbound on Swan Street and is circling around the area. Officer advised that NMSP is in pursuit of the white Tahoe on Silver Street headed north.

Caller advised that her 28-year-old son came home very intoxicated and is being verbally abusive and physically grabbed her daughter by the arm/he is now locked in his room/negative on any weapons. Officer made contact advising it was all verbal/everything is okay.
