Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that a named individual is trying to take the kids and is causing problems. Advised the individual has a CTW for this address. Deputy advised clear/nothing physical/kids are okay and sleeping.

Missing persons
Miners Legend Road – Hanover
Caller advised that a 7-year-old boy wasn’t in the house when caller woke up to take him to school. Advised the other child had no idea the boy wasn’t there. Grandmother advised he has done this before/last time he walked up the road/didn’t want to go to school.

Burglary
Mount Olympus
Caller advised that someone broke into the downstairs window/the screen was pried off/lock broken. Advised a cell phone was stolen and caller believes he startled the intruder(s) when being awakened and turning on the light.

Larceny
Airport/Whitewater
Ground copper wire was removed/deputies on scene.

Unwanted subject
Claw Road
Caller advised that a named individual is harassing a named male and caller is his caregiver.

Welfare check
Bobwhite Drive
Truck door has been open all day on a purple/white Chevy truck/it’s unlike subject. Dogs are inside and are usually outside. Caller called back advising she learned the renter left at 4 a.m.

Domestic disturbance
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Between a female and a male. Female called her mother to advise the male is giving her a hard time and it is physical. Caller does not know the address of her daughter. Deputy made contact with female who advised it was all verbal.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

Criminal damage to property
Western Drive
Caller advised that a rock was thrown through one of the windows to her home. Deputy set up frequent patrol for two months.

Game and Fish
Highway 180
Removing deer out of the road and debris from a motor vehicle accident/vehicle no longer on scene/deer is 10-7.

Turkey Creek Road – Gila
Caller advised that a black bear is walking down the middle of the Turkey Creek Road off of Highway 211/it does look rabid. G&F officer will be calling caller.

Wednesday, Oct. 11

Criminal trespass warning
Upper Mimbres
Needs a CTW issued to a friend’s step-son. Deputy advised the CTW was issued.

Stolen motor vehicle
Summit Road
1961 Bel-Air taken sometime yesterday. Caller believes his nephew has something to do with his vehicle missing. Deputy spoke to a named male who advised that one of his drivers had picked up the vehicle from Summit Road.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that his son told him that a neighbor almost hit him with his vehicle/they have had issues with the neighbor.

Thursday, Oct. 12

Suspicious vehicle
Malachite Avenue
Deputy advised to call registered owner and advise the light is on inside the vehicle. Dispatch called and she is stepping out.

Criminal damage to property
Tyrone Post Office
Someone possibly tried to get into the back door/caller hasn’t gone inside the building.

Larceny
West Fork Road – Gila
Caller stated she is missing mail from her mailbox.

Welfare check
Hudson Bridge
A 32-year-old male is schizophrenic and threatening suicide/possible location is under the Hudson Bridge. Officer has contact with male under the bridge/request call male’s sister.

Domestic disturbance
Village Road
Between father and daughter/father hit the daughter in the face/unknown if medical attention is needed/was called in third party.

Assault
Highway 35
Caller advised that a white Ford pickup passed him on Highway 35 near the ranger station and ran him off the road. As he was following the vehicle, the driver pulled out a 12-gauge shotgun and pointed it at caller and told him to get the f***away.

Harassment
Camino Verde – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she is being harassed by a named male. Deputy had contact with caller who advised she is afraid of the harassing male because he is possibly crazy.

Domestic disturbance
Tabor Drive
Caller advised that her husband shoved her into the wall. Second caller advised that she’s breaking things in the house and that he has to stop her/advising she just broke out a window/line was disconnected. First caller advised he took her keys and medication and is refusing to give them back. Dispatch advised the first caller is uncooperative and not listening and she just keeps . . .

Reckless driver
Western Drive and Truck Bypass
Caller advised several off-road vehicles are driving on the paved roadway. Deputy has contact with a 4wheeler on Western Drive/will be clear/advised them to stay off of the roadway.
