Bayard Police Department

Caller advised that her husband told her he took a bunch of pills/he didn’t say what he took/he texted both her and her daughter advising he wasn’t feeling good. Officer advised to send him to EMS/does have contact with male/he is semi-conscious/keeps advising to “help me.”

Welfare check
Bayard Car Wash
Male passed out in one of the bays at the carwash. Advised caller did try to wake him up but he’s not waking up/he is breathing.

Domestic disturbance
Rogers Street
Caller advised there is a physical domestic then hung up. Officer requested county due to conflict of interest/deputy turned back over to Bayard/officer advised parties are separating for the night.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Welfare check
Bayard DMV
Caller advised a 28-year-old male stopped her because he had a tightness in his chest and thought he was having a heart attack and needed an ambulance. He left LE in charge of his vehicle.

Larceny
N. Foy Street
Caller advised that her brother stole tools from her vehicle/brother is making a scene. Deputy had contact/clear/parties were separated upon arrival.

Unwanted subject
N. Railroad Street
Caller advised that a named female is very aggressive and going after caller and caller’s mom. Caller advised no medical need necessary. Officer requests female officer to pat the female down – no female officers on duty at this time.

D Street
Caller advised that someone siphoned gas out of her vehicle/the gas cap is off and they left the tube as well. Officer set up frequent patrol.

Unwanted subject
11988 Highway 180
Caller requested an officer go and issue an indefinite CTW to two Hispanic males/one has an anklet on. They took a phone charger and left in a red older model Ford SUV.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Welfare check
N. James Street
Caller stated that an elderly male is walking around her residence and he seems like he is confused. Officer dropped the male off at James and New.

Domestic disturbance
Manhattan Park Drive
Husband is threatening to hit her and he is intoxicated. A 14-year-old child is standing in front of the mother to protect her/there is also present 2 and 7-year-old grandchildren inside. Officer and deputy giving the male a ride to Bayard.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 180
Caller advised that the windows of a vacant house for sale next to his are broken and beer bottles are thrown everywhere. Caller has had negative contact with either the owner or the realtor. Officer out at the neighbor’s/clear.

Disturbance
N. James Street
Caller advised that multiple subjects in her driveway are yelling at someone at the trailer behind hers. Officer made contact with caller/subjects left prior to arrival.

Sunday, Oct. 15

Domestic disturbance
N. Bellm Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend is at her house and she doesn’t want him there. Advised he is putting on his shoes now to leave, but he’s been refusing to leave before now. Advised she did lock him out at one point but he kicked in the door. Advised he has not been physical but he has been getting into her face. Advised she’s pretty sure he’s high on meth. Advised he’s going to wait on her porch for . . .

Disturbance
W. Cottonwood Street
Male was trying to punch through the windows of a car. Officer advised to send ambulance.
