Deputies out at RPM Clinic attempting contact with a named individual/issued indefinite CTW to a named individual for a N. Foy Street address.

Caller wants to make sure a female in Riverside is okay/worried about her 3-year-old grandchild/concerned about female’s mental state. Advised NMSP is doing an investigation on the situation.

Deputy made contact and spoke to driver who denied it was her/advised her to slow down.

Ventana Drive – Arenas Valley
His home which is for sale has been broken into/will call back to meet with deputy. Never called back.

Larceny
Thomas Lane
12-year-old son has been stealing from her and has a stolen watch in her home now.

Deputy made contact advising the parties arrived with gas however they did not bring the keys for the vehicle/subjects will be en route . . .

Criminal damage to property
Busy Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised it looks like someone tried to break into her house/looks like they tried to pick the lock.

Domestic disturbance
Saavedra Drive
Female yelling “give me my daughter.” Female then advised to “open the door” and “get your, your hands off of me” and male advising “I’m not touching you.”/line was disconnected. Deputy had negative contact upon callback.

Breaking and entering
Ventana Drive – Arenas Valley
Lockbox cut off.

Burglary
S. Highway 90 – Grant County
Caller advised that her mother’s residence was broken into/it happened during the past three weeks/the house was boarded up and now all the boards are gone and everything on the property is gone.

Copper Court – Tyrone
Caller advised a man will not get out of her house/unknown who the man is. Caller states she has a pellet gun and might point it at officers sometimes. Deputy made contact advising caller at this time seems to suffer from a mental . . .

Wednesday, Dec. 13

Disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Yelling and screaming and fighting heard.
Deputy had contact with a named male who advised he is okay.

Copper Court – Tyrone
Four people are in her house that need to be removed. Advised they are cold and wet and from a flood/babies that are blue.

Criminal trespass

Just received a call about trespassers on the property. Deputy advised out with a black Toyota.

Bataan Memorial Park
Deputy made contact advising subject was just walking around the park.

Chukar Drive
Caller advised a named male just stole caller’s iPhone and took off in a silver Honda Civic toward Ridge Road.

Thursday, Dec. 14

Harassment
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that a named male is continually driving by this residence trying to harass caller’s sister. Deputy had telephone contact with caller.

Missing persons
Adobe Lane – Tyrone
Caller’s husband has dementia and took off after the dog and has been gone over two hours. Caller advised a neighbor found the husband on S. Highway 90/cancel officer.

Harassment
Big Joe Road
Caller advised that a female who is staying at a neighbor’s house is going onto caller’s property and harassing her about her dogs. Second caller advised to have a deputy call regarding the neighbor’s dogs which are extremely thin and it is very cold outside. Deputies had negative contact/tried twice.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 – MM 12
Caller advised a pickup is pulling a trailer with no lights or license plate. Deputies made contact with vehicle advising the driver advised he busted the brake lights when he was loading the trailer/his wife is coming to drive behind him the rest of the way/clear/everything is okay.

Missing persons
Tyrone Road – 7:30 p.m.
Caller advised that a 14-year-old was last seen at 2 p.m. leaving a park on Poverty Flats into the forest after having gotten, apparently, into an argument with his parents and took off.

Deputy made contact with a female who advised she was coming to pick up a friend who lives on the property/she left upon request.
