Caller advised her 24-year-old son is intoxicated and being loud. Dispatch can hear a male yelling “Get out of my face” and “He’s not going to hurt his grandmother”/negative contact with anyone/just an open line/male can be heard saying “If I do cut my wrists or if I do cut my throat”/unknown if male was having suicidal ideations/LE was advised.

Caller advised someone just stole his orange Dodge Dakota 4x4 truck/unknown who took the truck. Officer advised attempting traffic stop Diaz/C St./crossing E St. now/ approaching top Hill Dr./speed 25 mph.

Caller advised that her brother advised he was going to kill a named individual and become the grandmother’s and caller’s worst nightmare/he is strung out pretty bad. Officer made contact with caller advising she is okay/if contact is made with the brother issue . . .

Caller advised that for the past couple of days a group of kids has been jumping his fence into his yard and taking things. Caller advised they have taken the items back but they are still jumping his fence. Officer made contact with caller.
