Dispatch can hear a male yelling “Get out of my face” and “He’s not going to hurt his grandmother”/negative contact with anyone/just an open line/male can be heard saying “If I do cut my wrists or if I do cut my throat”/unknown if male was having suicidal ideations/LE was advised.
