Silver City, NM — The Gila National Forest will be doing all-employee training sessions and will close their offices for these trainings. Please call in advance to 575-388-8201 before visiting our offices.

Quemado Ranger District will not be selling any forest permits or products on Wednesday, April 24 due to staffing shortages. The office will be open for other business.

• Quemado and Reserve Ranger District will be closed on Friday, April 27 for all employee training.
• The Quemado Ranger District will not be selling any forest permits or products on Monday, April 30 due to a software migration to all employees' computers.
• The Black Range Ranger District will be closed on Monday, April 30 for an all employee training. The staff at the Supervisor's office will participate in this training, but the Silver City offices will remain open.
• The Wilderness and Silver City Ranger Districts will be closed on Thursday, May 3 for all employee training.
