At the city‘s water tanks, their electrical boxes have been damaged. Officer had contact with a city worker who explained the rain caused the device to malfunction/there was no damage.

Male took a $20 speaker possibly headed to Memory Lane Apartments.

Officer had contact with principal who received a report from a teacher about two students drinking alcohol from a water bottle.

Gold 4-Door; very elderly female that was traveling in the wrong direction, has now stopped in the middle of the roadway. Officer requested ambulance in reference to a possible stroke/officer going to break the window.

Caller advised a typical ‘meth head’ was inside the store leaning up against a Plexiglas display she had up. Advised she doesn’t want the male inside her business anymore. Advised he was on his bicycle headed toward the Gospel Mission about 15 minutes ago.

Caller advised a named female is now refusing to leave the residence/she has already packed up all her belongings/she is not causing problems/she is just cussing and saying ‘ugly’ things in front of his daughter. Officer had contact advising clear/everything is okay.

Caller advised one of the guests called, advising they heard screaming. Officer had contact with desk clerk but negative contact with any screaming.

Caller advised it sounds like his neighbor is being abused/he can hear banging and arguing and a child crying and screaming. Officer had contact, advising the kids were playing and yelling/the kids said everything was okay.

Caller stated that about 10 minutes ago someone took his white Ford F250 pulling a black trailer/keys were left in the vehicle. Officer advised have one in investigative detention/en route to another officer’s location.

Caller advised she chased a female in a gray hoodie who had stolen her purse. Advised the female dropped the purse by the Allstate building.

Caller stated his niece was beat up and was threatened with a weapon by her husband. Caller advised she would be back en route to address to meet officer.

Blue Honda Civic and silver Dodge pickup taken sometime last night. Officer advised no record found. Caller just advised this vehicle was not registered yet.

Homeless male inside causing problems and refusing to leave. Took a half bottle of Xanex/is not making sense. Officer requested ambulance for a named male.

Caller advised her ex violated their DVO by posting info about their relationship on social media.

Caller advised a woman in front of the grocery side does not look well/suffering from the cold. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised she is the niece of a named female who has fallen. Caller advised she is in California and cannot provide an address. Dispatch attempted to call the niece with negative contact. Officer advised can see female on the ground/possibly going to have to kick the door down/got inside/female is on the ground/named male is en route.

Two men fighting behind Adobe Springs. Caller called back advising the men who jumped this person left in a black Toyota car headed north on Juniper. Officer had contact with two named males.
