An elderly female inside a van shook and hit a child inside the van/just left eastbound/she was hitting him so hard the whole van shook/child appeared to be about 10 to 12-years old. Officer went traffic with a Chrysler van at Kiva Place and Swan Street.

Advised the female who is off her meds if they have to go back they will take her to GRMC. Caller’s partner advised they do not want a CTW.
