Caller advised he has a flat tire and is unable to change it/he has bad cardiac history/he is with his daughter. Deputy had contact advising calling for a tow at owner’s request/he does have Triple A.

Criminal damage to property

Caller advised someone broke into the toolbox outside and it looks like they tried to enter the residence.

Unwanted subject
W. Cottonwood Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised a male wearing a light on his forehead just ran out of her mother’s house.

Tuesday, Aug. 20

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Tyrone Road
Someone tried to steal the water heater to his RV. Deputy had contact with caller.

Game and Fish
Cottage San Road
Bear in her backyard going through the trash. NMSP dispatch was advised/they will let G&F know. Deputy advised trash from this bear was present at another Cottage San Road address.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

Larceny
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller’s pain meds were stolen while she was in the hospital.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 and Western Drive
Two kids riding a bike with their dog, going in and out of highway. Deputy had contact advising they are on Jasmine off of Western Drive/they were not on the highway.

DV order violation
N. Swan Street
Caller advised she has a protection order against a named male and he has been giving out her address and making slanderous remarks about her. Deputy was advised/clear.

Thursday, Aug. 22

Suspicious vehicle
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy had contact advising male ran out of gas and he is putting gas in and will have it moved shortly.

Harassment
Bald Knoll Road -- Cliff
Caller advised someone called her to advise she has a subpoena and they need to serve her with it; and if they do not serve her with the paperwork the sheriff’s dept will be at her house to arrest her. Caller advised there is a scam going around threatening arrest warrants to be executed by the sheriff’s office. Caller was aware it was fictitious but just wanted to report it.

Welfare check
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres – 12:14 p.m.
Male on the line advising he tried to drive his vehicle off a cliff last night but he did stop himself. He is age 30 and still contemplating suicide. He is a big hunter and has guns at home. He tried to shoot himself six years ago. He is a heavy drinker but has not had a drink since 4:30 this morning. He is alone in the home/his wife left with the kids about three weeks ago.

Advised his soon-to-be ex-mother-in-law is sending him threatening messages from her phone.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 143 (1 mile west of rest area)
Deputy has contact with white Dodge Challenger at MM 128 (1 mile east of Hurley)/negative on speeding/will follow vehicle for a little bit.

Unwanted subject
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised she is on her way home/ETA 40 minutes/she wants her brother out of her house/her father served her brother eviction paperwork some time ago/he is on narcotics.

Domestic disturbance
Arenas Valley
Deputy on scene/house is unlocked/making entry/contact made with female sleeping in the camp trailer/no evidence of a domestic was found.

Welfare check
E. Highway 180 /Arenas Valley Road
Male headed west on foot is walking into traffic. Deputy had negative contact.

Game and Fish
S. Highway 90/Camino Azteca
Deputy advised he found deer grazing in the center median and chased them off.
