Male lying in the street between Arby’s and Beall’s/he is rolling around and will not move for vehicles. Second caller advising the same. Officers have Joe Morales in investigative detention/check CTWs for Arby’s, Beall’s or Albertson’s/has indefinite CTW for Albertson’s.

Caller advised he had a spare tire stolen from his yard.

Caller advised a named female is going through the trashcans and throwing trash all over the place. Second caller advised he wants her issued a CTW because she threatened to damage his store. Officer advised female was last seen headed west on Yankie Street.

Caller advised an ATV is upside down in the ditch and no one is around it. Wrecker en route.

Caller wants a CTW placed on her daughter/she is staying at El Refugio and she stole one of her checks today and tried to cash it. Officer will contact caller.

Caller advised a really old yellowish pickup has been parked about three hours on P.A. Road/the male in the driver seat seems asleep/kids are in the back seat. Officer advised NMSP is out with the vehicle.

Male started a fight/he is outside/left in a red Hyundai north on Fowler. Officer out at Care

Caller stated a child got on the bus and normally at the stop his father is waiting to pick him up but was not there, so the child got back on the bus and has been waiting at the school since 2:15 p.m. Negative contact with the father. Principal called back advising they had contact with the father and he is on his way from 6th Street to pick up the . . .

Can hear people yelling at a homeless camp that is up between the field and the Forest Service. Officer advised walking south at BASC/had contact with a male and female.

306 W. Broadway
Caller advised a white Nissan Maxima is blocking their driveway/advised they put a note on the vehicle telling it to move and when she came back later the note was gone but the hood was open. Officer advised she isn’t going to do anything until tomorrow.

Caller advised there is too much activity at a nearby trailer/he spoke to the landlord and they all need to leave. Officer had contact with both parties/everything is okay.

Patient missing a black android tablet/it cost about $100.

Caller came home and found their house ransacked/haven’t noticed anything stolen. Officers set up frequent patrol for one week.

Saturday, Sept. 28

Unwanted subject
2502 E. Highway 180
Female in red Charger pulled up (to) windows and was harassing employees, flipping off caller, and taking her picture/not requesting CTW at this time.

Disturbance
Durango and 17th streets
Deputy advised out at Denny’s parking lot and can hear a lot of yelling from Shady Grove. Male caller advised the male the officers were just out with is starting to act up again and is screaming and banging on doors where the officers left him.

Caller stated a man is asleep in his car with the engine running near the Visitor Center.

Caller stated he saw two parents arguing at the field. Officer had contact with a witness who advised a named male was causing problems in reference to coaching baseball.

Caller stated a homeless man has been asked to leave the RV park and has left three times but keeps coming back. Officer had contact and issued Fabian Amaro an indefinite CTW for this location.

Caller advised he just dropped off a female and a male came out and started to stab her. Caller named the male who had the knife and shot the female in the head. Advised a second male threw rocks at him and was shooting at caller as well/this all happened yesterday/he did not call yesterday because he is stupid.

Male is arguing with a female inside a vehicle and drinking. Officers out with male.

A named male was in a fight and started shoving employees then left walking and got into a blue/gray 4-door sedan headed west on 180. Officer had negative contact with male/will stop and talk to caller.

Officer out with a female who stated her boyfriend and her had an argument but the boyfriend took the keys from the ignition of her vehicle and told her she wasn’t going anywhere. Officer advised this statement was found to be odd since when the officer arrived the female was backing from the driveway . . .

Caller said a named male and his son stood in front of his vehicle at Walgreen’s and intimidated him. Officer advised out with caller at Werner Tire.

Caller advised a female is harassing him about a phone. Officers had negative contact with either caller or female.

Officer requested an officer respond to Toad Creek in reference to an assault that just occurred.

Male was driving up and down flashing a spotlight into windows and was belligerent when contacted. Second party, a named male, advised he has a light to look at addresses while delivering pizzas. Officer advised the male if he does that again . . .

Male with a 7-year-old male and a 4-year-old female walking toward Jalisco’s/he seems highly intoxicated and has car keys in his hands. Officer advised en route to address on 6th and California.

Male patient is creating a disturbance in the ER. Officer advised everything is okay/clear.

Third party called advising male is drunk and harassing employees/employee seemed like he was unable to speak freely. Officer issued Lorenzo Flores an indefinite CTW to Motel 6/units clear.

Officer out at an apartment/subjects were asked to turn it down/units clear.

Caller advised she got into an argument with her husband who is intoxicated. The last time she saw him was in the back yard, but when she went outside to contact him he was gone. Officer advised county and tri-city to ATL. Caller called back advised she found him walking on. . .

Officer advised they are calling it a night/units clear.

Male near front refusing to leave. Officer issued Lorenzo Flores an indefinite CTW for Denny’s.

Yelling, screaming, people running from the apartment and vehicles leaving at a high rate of speed.

Caller advised the named male was back again sitting on the bench in front/while on the phone caller advised male was leaving and will call back if he goes again. Officer had negative contact/units clear/will frequent patrol.

Caller advised a male is not acting like a normal person/he was cutting in line and being rude. Officers issued Timothy Johnson an indefinite CTW.

Caller advised his wife has multiple personalities/she hit their 5-year-old daughter then slapped caller in his face. Officers arrived on scene.

Caller advised he and his brother just got into a fight and they both are bleeding/they both have been drinking. Officer en route to GRMC with one male.

Caller stated a named male is on the property of Thunder 1 Rod Designs and he isn’t allowed to be there. Officer had contact with the male and did make him leave the property for the day.

Caller stated her parents are arguing real bad/caller already has the younger siblings out of the house. Officer had contact with parents/units clear/everything is okay/verbal only/parties are separated.

Officer advised all subjects were asked to leave.

Caller stated a customer is on drugs and acting irrational/wants her removed from the building. Officers out at the Visitor Center/clear/female left prior to arrival/they want a CTW issued.

Caller stated a homeless man walked off with all his clothes/he was pushing a shopping cart. Caller advised when he came out of the bathroom all his clothes were gone and so was the man.
