Officer from Douglas, AZ advised the subject would go to leave his vehicle to visit his girlfriend in Mexico. Caller has dealt with him losing the vehicle in the past, and is worried that since he is elderly he left his vehicle in AZ and returned to NM somehow.

Caller has heard some concerning things regarding his son and would like a deputy to check on him. Officer had contact with caller and he was advised this is the third time he has called this week for a welcheck. He did have a parenting plan and this week a named female has their son until Oct. 21.

Unwanted subject
Hermosa Street – Hanover
Caller advised subjects on a black motorcycle are on his property/advised he took their key from them/they took off from his house already/they did get belligerent with caller.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised neighbors advised him that a homeless man is living in a trailer he owns/he needs an officer to go and tell them to leave. Deputy advised caller needs to file an eviction notice.

Stolen motor vehicle
Silver City Golf Course
Advised one of their golf carts is missing. Deputy advised the golf cart has been found/maintenance had the golf cart.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley – 6:15 p.m.
Caller advised he got word there was an Amber Alert put out for his son/advised his 7-month-old son is with him and is okay. Dispatch notified caller that LE needed to verify that the child was okay. SCPD officer advised this is an ongoing custody dispute between caller and child’s mother.

Son is possibly having a psychiatric episode. Caller doesn’t want son to leave because he always gets in trouble after. Caller said officers can usually calm him down. Deputy advised male dropped off at B and 7th streets/clear.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley – 7:40 p.m.
Caller advised she was told her 7-month-old son has no diapers or food and is in a drug house/she is in the area but was advised to stay away. Deputy advised he would call an SCPD officer for more info.

Harassment

Aunt is threatening caller’s daughters via phone. Deputies had contact with caller and aunt.

Domestic disturbance
W. Hester Street
Second caller advised her daughter-in-law attacked her son and were fighting in front of 12-year-old granddaughter. Caller advised both parties had been drinking/caller disconnected.

Saturday, Oct. 19

Criminal trespass warning
Grand Mesa
Requested CTWs be placed on a few subjects to her house/they are not on scene right now. Deputy issued indefinite CTWs for the address to Tina Perez, Lucinda Salcedo, and Victoria Perez.

Claw Road
2-year-old daughter is with her father/she is on antibiotics/father will not respond to her at all today.

Battery
Burro Springs Road – Redrock
Male advised he was beaten and they almost left him for dead/they went up behind him and got him/he knows who they are/unknown names. Advised he has been shot and his hand was nicked by a bullet/advised there is a crazy guy . . .

Criminal damage to property
Faywood Hot Springs – Highway 61
Advised that one of the signs and some solar lights were taken and one of the signs was spray-painted as well.

Harassment
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that her neighbor has been threatening to blow them all away. Deputies had contact with caller and issued an indefinite CTW for two Highway 61 addresses to Gabriel Rodriguez.

Aggravated assault
Tadpole Ridge Trail
Advised he was threatened on the trail by a male with a club who also pointed a gun at him. Deputy had contact with caller.

Criminal damage to property
Broken Arrow and Tabor drives
Mail boxes were broken into and damaged.

Highway 180 and Western Drive
Male with a 5-gallon water jug and a dog are in and out of traffic. Male is allowing his dog to run into traffic and laughing about it when vehicles pass by. Deputy advised male refused to give his name advising he was okay. He was advised to stay off the roadway.

Deputy advised the subject was just trying to sleep/will be leaving.

Sunday, Oct. 20

Burglary
Chukar Drive
Caller advised his house has been broken into/advised a PS4, an ‘Alexa,’ and a blue Adidas bag were taken.

Criminal damage to property
Truck Bypass and Lomita Drive
Caller advised that mailboxes in the area have been broken into and damaged.

Accident-property damage
Santa Clara Laundromat
Caller hit a pole backing his trailer out. Deputy on scene.

Harassment
GCSO
Deputy had contact with a named male, who advised others have been posting things about him on social media.

Criminal damage to property
Truck Bypass
Advised that the residence is in the process of being remodeled and some windows and the drywall have been damaged/someone tried to start a fire inside as well.

KOA Campground
Son just left on foot with his grandkids and they belong to caller’s daughter. Advised he is drunk and just took them after they started fighting/grandkids are 9 and 12-years-of-age.
