In spite of the many Public Service Announcements encouraging our citizens to follow COVID-19 Safe Practices, the number of covid cases and hospitalizations in New Mexico continue to rise.

The spread of this potentially deadly virus is out of control across the state, overwhelming our medical first responders, and ending the lives of too many New Mexicans

Please, be responsible and do your part to protect yourself, your family, and your neighbors by celebrating a COVID-Safe holiday season.

It is essential to follow the Governor's Health Order. Please stay at home unless you need to venture out for essential tasks such as food shopping, picking up prescriptions, going to work, or other things that absolutely cannot be postponed. Otherwise it is simply not worth the risk.

Wear a mask and wear it properly covering your mouth and nose and keep washing your hands frequently. We must put these familiar directives into action. Do it for the sake of our community and for your family so you will have many more holidays to share. Thank you and God Bless.
