Suspicious vehicle
Highway 15
White Chevy truck following the mail truck. Driver advised the postmaster that when she leaves the box, the truck pulls up to the box (possibly checking it) and continues to follow her. Deputy advised everything is okay/vehicle turned down Sanctuary Road.

Fraud/embezzlement
Manganese Drive
Caller advised her bank is advising her that her account has been 'hacked'/advising someone tried cashing a check from her account in Idaho. Deputy advised clear.

Domestic disturbance
Iglesia Street – Fierro
A named male is intoxicated/he is outside and is going to put sugar in their gas tank. Deputy advised units clear for now/will stand by in area pending future call to this address.

Tuesday, Feb. 23

Vehicle burglary
North Hurley Road
Caller advised her vehicle was broken into. Deputy set up frequent patrol.

Suspicious vehicle
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a black Dodge truck is on the road in front of her house/no one is in the vehicle. Deputy had contact with vehicle/vehicle is off where others can pass.

Driving while intoxicated
Highway 90 – MM 29 (2 miles north of Cullum Road)
White Ford 150 cannot maintain its lane. Deputy out with vehicle northbound on Hudson Street/followed him/he was able to maintain his lane.

Unwanted subject
Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised that a named female is on the property/she was evicted from property/caller advised she is in a maroon PT Cruiser/she is not on scene/she can see her from another ridge. CTW was issued in October 2020. Deputy advised clear/everything is okay/set up frequent patrol for location.

Weapons fired
Casas Grande Road – Hanover
Caller advising she just heard three shots. Deputy advised being waved down/en route to neighbor's house to view video of male firing shots/has contact with male/everything is okay/other unit responding.

Harassment
Fierro Road – Fierro
Caller who is the president of the water association advised that an upset customer cussed him out because she didn't have any water.

Unwanted subject
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her husband told her there was someone outside their house acting crazy/he and her brother are now outside near the highway with the subject. Deputies in area ATL/saw two vehicles with two males, two females, and children between the both vehicles.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

Larceny
Cliff High School
Caller advised the license plate was stolen off son's 2014 Toyota Tacoma.

Domestic disturbance
Iglesia Street – Fierro
Advised that her husband threw a handful of bullets into fireplace/he is sitting right in front of the fireplace. Can hear the popping in the background/negative on anything physical. Advised the male is hoping that a bullet hits him in the heart.

Unwanted subject
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Advised that two males are outside fighting/they are friends of her son/does not know their names/trying to keep them from leaving/son is talking to them to keep them at their house.

Thursday, Feb. 25

Welfare check
Highway 90 – MM 19 (1 mile north of Walking X Ranch Road)
Male sitting on the side of the roadway hunched over. Deputy advised one adult male dropped off at the Silver City Walmart.

Accident property damage
Fort Bayard Medical Center
White Cadillac vs gray Chevy truck/no injuries/minor accident.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised someone damaged the gate to the dump she owns/they left nails all over the property.

Welfare check
T&M Dairy Road – Hanover
Caller advised that the father is not answering his phone/last time she had contact with him was approximately three weeks ago.
