A 10-year-old female student got in an altercation with another student at Harrison Schmitt and said she was going to harm herself. Caller from Harrison Schmitt requested someone meet the student and her mom at home to discuss further. Deputy advised will be clear/made contact with both parties.

Deputy advised everything is okay/made contact with a male/negative on male wanting to go to the hospital/will be clear.

Assault
Briarwood Lane
A mom and two girls came and beat up her granddaughter and her daughter/they left in a white Nissan Altima/ they said they were going to kill caller's granddaughter/declined medical.

Criminal trespass
RIo de Arenas Road
Male is breaking into E8/they are chasing him/he is in all black. Deputy advised all clear/everything is okay/change call to criminal trespass.

Welfare check
Cullum Drive – White Signal
Received call to check on a named individual. Deputy advised has contact with the individual.

Suspicious vehicle
Bear Mountain Ranch and Cottage San roads
Caller advised a white SUV is driving on Bear Mountain Road toward the lodge at a high rate of speed/other encounters with this SUV and its occupants have been very hostile and uncomfortable. Advised they are not guests of the lodge and are not supposed to be there. Caller is concerned they're "scoping" the place out/she does not know their names/just wants someone to go up there and make sure no one is parked where they shouldn't.

Caller advised younger brother hit older brother in the back with a log/parties are separated/want the younger brother removed from the property.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – Hurley
Advised she hit a jack rabbit on Highway 180 between Hurley and Bayard and stated there is damage to her grill/the rabbit is stuck in her grill.

Intoxicated persons
Coleman Drive
A named female is intoxicated and trying to leave with her kids. Caller did take her kids from her/they don't want her to leave just to calm down.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 35 and Turn Here Road
Caller advised a brand new baby is at this trailer/released from UNM Hospital yesterday/a named male is there now and there is a lot of yelling. Deputy advised clear/negative contact with anyone or anything at this house.

Criminal damage to property
11824 Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named male broke a window to a cabin.

Missing persons
Ponderosa Street – Sunrise Estates – 12:23 p.m.
Caller advised her 55-year-old son went to pick up wood yesterday between Hanover and Vanadium on BLM land and still hasn't arrived home/he left about 3 p.m./driving a maroon and beige 2000-2001 Dodge truck.

Caller received a call from someone advising her ex-daughter-in-law is sitting on the corner with her 5-year-old daughter/appears to be beat up and has all her belongings on the side of the road with her. Deputy advised everything is okay/female is waiting for a ride/female and her daughter in unit en route to Silver City/dropped off at a Huff Street address.

Highway 180 @ railroad tracks
Black Chevy Camaro just passed going 120. Deputy advised have contact with Camaro/it is going the speed limit/will follow.

Breaking and entering
Cottage San Road
Caller advised a named male broke the door to her residence/he was not welcome in her home/he did already leave.

Domestic disturbance
Cedar Street – Bayard
Caller advised her boyfriend is intoxicated and just left in a silver Audi.

Harassment
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
A named male has been threatening them for a few weeks saying he is going to shoot her and her family/caller received a call saying the male is headed over there. Deputies advised going to ATL for vehicle before contact is made.

Domestic disturbance
W. Cedar Street – Bayard
Mom and dad are fighting/they are throwing things around/caller is 14-years-old and has three younger brothers/mom and dad fight often/mom still in the house/dad possibly left in a silver Audi car.

Suspicious vehicle
Fierro Road
Caller from Chino Security advised one mile past Hanover Creek Road on left side is a gold SUV missing bumpers/male is inside the vehicle/now looks like he is putting the bumpers back on. Deputy advised (redacted) was the driver/put out ATL for that male to issue a CTW for all Chino and Tyrone properties.

Highway 180 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery)
Caller advised she received a phone call from her daughter advising of a female lying on the side of the highway/it was by the Penjamo. Deputy advised she was picking up trash.

Domestic disturbance
Faywood Hot Springs – Faywood
Woman is out of control and hitting her husband/caller advised they are leaving at this time/they left a lot of garbage/neither seems okay to drive. Deputy advised negative contact.

Harassment
Cactus Street
Caller advised that a named female went up to his vehicle and started harassing him for not taking care of his children then she left walking away. Caller left prior to deputy's arrival.

Criminal sexual penetration
Ridge Road
Caller advised underage friend is being sexually abused by her stepfather/she is 15-years-old/he is at this address as well.

Welfare check
Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Advised mother is under the influence of marijuana/caller is 15-years-old/mother is emotionally abusive/caller just doesn't feel safe living with her anymore. Advised that her mother was threatening her/two sisters and a brother are with her/mother is in the background saying caller is mentally ill and needs help. Deputy advised of call.

Accident-property damage
Highway 35 and Wright Road
Caller advised she hit a deer/she is off the roadway/deer is no longer there/driver's side door will not open.
