Silver City, NM, April 25, 2023—The May 2 meeting of PFLAG Silver City will feature recent scholarship recipients Zoë Chatterton and Natalee Drissell. The meeting begins at 6:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Silver City, 3845 N. Swan. Refreshments will be served, and the public is invited.

Both Chatterton and Drissell are students who recently received the Nancy Kailing Memorial Scholarship at Western New Mexico University. Meeting attendees will learn of the students’ academic plans and how younger people view the advances and challenges of being LGBTQ+ in the US today.
