Caller advised two 13-year-old males and a 4- and 14-year-old female have been missing since 1 a.m./unknown where they are at this time.
Criminal damage to property

Caller advised her house and vehicle are damaged/the windows are broken/the neighbors said that (redacted) damaged the property/he is not there but she does have a restraining order against him. Caller advised (redacted) is now threatening to go to the residence after caller's partner had called him accusing him of doing the damage.
