Subjects in a dark blue SUV threatened caller's friend as she was riding her bike/wants them investigated. Deputy has contact with vehicle/license invalid or suspended/clear.

Jasper Drive
Caller can see male from a white pickup walking around the property. Deputy made contact with male who advised he is working and in a work truck. Male was advised that since homeowner advised no one should be there for him to leave/he is going to leave.

Missing persons
Mountain View Drive
A 15-year-old male has been gone for 24 hours/he was supposed to come home from Bill Evans Lake yesterday morning/caller's friend checked at the lake and he is not there.

Battery
W. Encino Street – 5:47 p.m.
Caller advised her ex followed her from Bayard then spit in her face after yelling at her to go to his car then drove off in a red car. Deputies were asked to cancel response by dispatch due to Santa Clara PD officer coming on shift.

Harassment
GCSO – 7:06 p.m.
A deputy advised while in the GCSO parking lot getting ready to leave, a grey car with two females entered the parking lot/both were looking around as if looking for an officer/ behind the grey car was a small red car which the deputy believed to be . . . When the red car pulled up to the gate it immediately reversed and went into the administrative parking.

Aggravated assault
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised (redacted) broke the window to his vehicle and he has glass in his eyes. R1 advised still ATL caller/negative contact so far.

Tuesday, June 13

Criminal damage to property
S. Highway 90 and Latigo Trail
Advised damage to mailbox.

Criminal trespass warning
Elias Road – Arenas Valley – 3:55 p.m.
Caller advised a named male is not on the property but is in the area and he is not supposed to be on the property. Caller called back advising it was his neighbor walking and not the named male. Deputy advised out with contractor who is going to secure the property.

Shoplifting
2633 E. Highway 180
SCPD officers advised this happened at Tractor Supply not Dollar Tree/on foot between Forest Service and Walmart/they will call when video is ready.

Welfare check
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her niece had a child three months ago and stated she is concerned for the safety of the child.

Harassment
Elias Road – Arenas Valley – 6:53 p.m.
Caller is being harassed by (redacted) for being a squatter in a residence/he is working for the homeowner and wants a call from a deputy to tell his "side" of the story. Deputy made contact with caller.

Larceny
Thunder Road
Caller advised her boyfriend called saying her horse is missing/a black mustang about 700 pounds/don't know if it jumped the fence or someone took it.

Can hear a male yelling "Dad, no" repeatedly/has been doing it for 10 minutes. Deputy had negative contact.

Advised she ordered an item off the internet and received the package but the item was not inside/Amazon needed her to file a police report.

Caller advised her neighbor is shooting off a gun and arguing with someone. Deputy made contact with male who advised he saw a bear in his trash close to the home/advised he grabbed his . . .

Deputy advised has contact with elderly male/he is okay/clear.

Caller advised he can hear some of his neighbors yelling/argument sounds very heated. Second caller advised the same.

Criminal trespass

Caller advised she has posted no trespassing signs to her father's property and believes someone is residing there. Deputy advised clear/negative contact with anyone.

Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised her nephew called saying he needed help/she does not want to go over because he often gets violent. Deputy spoke to male and he is okay but stated his male reproductive organs are not working.

Domestic disturbance
Aguila Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised a named male is not allowing her to leave/he is standing in front of her vehicle and refusing to move/she is trying to take her daughter for a ride to fall asleep. Deputies advised clear/everything was verbal/they agreed to stay away from each other for the night.
