Caller advised an RV was supposed to check out today but he has not seen any movement from them and can hear dogs barking inside. Deputy ran vehicle registration/state of Kansas.

A named male is on scene taking things from the residence/just left in a white van headed toward Silver. Deputy went traffic with vehicle.

Domestic disturbance
S. Ft Bayard Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised she got into a physical domestic last night with her female partner/does not need medical attention/partner left the residence last night and has not returned. XSPD officer attempted to contact caller multiple times/negative contact.

Unwanted subject
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised he wants a named male removed from his house/he is not causing issues but is afraid he will start to cause issues. Deputy advised clear.

Game and Fish
E. Highway 180 and Arenas Valley Road
Across from Mis Amigos a dead deer is in the middle of the roadway. Deputy removed deer.

Female just walked in front of traffic.

A named male was fighting with (redacted) and left in his truck/came back with someone and took (redacted)'s car too. Deputy advised negative contact/put out ATL for (redacted).

E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised a dead deer is in the median turning lane. Deputy advised removed deer off the road.

Criminal damage to property
Cottage San Road
Advised "they" keep going after her bird feeders/unknown who "they" are. Advised they cut her tomato plant as well 3-4 days ago.

Turkey Creek
Son and daughter-in-law went to Turkey Creek and were supposed to return yesterday/daughter-in-law's parents went out too in a red and white Dodge diesel/they may have broken down/can't get a hold of them.

Arenas Valley Road
Caller's brother-in-law is posting harassing comments on Facebook. Deputy advised set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Accident-property damage
Shasta Street
Advised he just saw a bus crash into the ditch/male is out of the vehicle walking. Deputy advised made contact with male who advised he has an old bus he was trying to get up and running/advised he was traveling down the hill and the brake lines went out/he advised it wasn't . . .

Unattended death
Western Drive
80-year-old male is cold to the touch/CPR is not going to help. Tyrone VFD paged out twice/no response. EMS1 requesting OMI.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – MM 132-133 – (1-2 miles east of Grant County Airport Road)
Blue Chrysler having a domestic/southbound on Highway 180/male and female are pulled over to the side of the road inside of car. Deputies checked Airport Road and Highway 180 to county line/advised Luna County.

Deputy advised checking on a named female.

Caller advised the trash bags were removed from her vehicle windows/the door is now broken. Deputy advised trash bags were removed/no damage to report.

McKinney Road – Tyrone
Caller has not been able to contact his 3- and 4-year-old children since the 18th of June/his girlfriend has them the month of June for visitation. Deputy advised body cam froze up/may not have recorded.

Criminal trespass warning
Sanctuary Road – Pinos Altos
Caller advised a named female is on the property and she is not supposed to be there/last issued a CTW June 7, 2021/she is in a white Dodge Ram. Deputy made contact with caller.

Welfare check
Highway 90 – Burro Mountain Homestead Road
Two males just passed location with one hanging over the guardrail and the other on the other side. Deputy was advised.

Disturbance
Valle de Uvas Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised his son is upset and is irate and being physical with caller. Caller was being uncooperative and would not provide any other info and disconnected the line. Deputy advised possibly lost alternator to his unit while en route to this call/made contact with caller who advised nothing physical . . .

Highway 90 – MM 30 (2 miles south of Tyrone Mine turnoff)
Caller advising she believes she found a dead body on the side of the road/it's on the incline/face down/she cannot bring herself to approach the body/believes it is a female wearing white T-shirt, green shorts, and a ball cap. Deputy was advised.

Walk-in advising squatters. Deputy was advised.

Caller advised her friend called advising her partner had the vehicle and her oxygen was not working. Caller advised she could not remember where she lived and could not get hold of her. Deputy was advised/everything is okay.

Caller advised her 6- and 7-year-old children are with their father/they went fishing last week and she has not heard or seen them since. Deputy advised negative contact at this residence/will be going to . . .

Caller needs to report damage to the property he watches for the property owner. Deputy was advised.

Caller from Indiana advised she believes (redacted) is on drugs and home is not in "liveable" conditions/son has bug bites all over him/(redacted) is severely dehydrated/LE advised caller that (redacted) was off her bipolar medication.

Highway 180 – Hurley city limits
Caller advised multiple children in the back of a vehicle appeared to be flagging him down. Deputy was advised. Bayard PD officer advised went traffic with this vehicle on Highway 180 – MM 122 (1 mile south of Highway 152 junction)/deputy clear from traffic/Officer out at a Romero Street address with grandma and children/everything is okay/they were trying to wave at vehicle.
