Caller from La Plata advised she received an alert from a 12-year-old student that states she is talking about issues she is having that she wants to disappear and see what happens when she is gone/parents are aware of the situation. Deputy made contact with juvi and parents/juvi advised it was a misrepresentation of what she said/caller was advised.

Highway 61 – MM 15 (1 mile south of W-W Orchard)
Female walking in the middle of the road/she looks very tired/caller gave her water/walking toward Highway 180. Deputy ATL from 152 to 180 with negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Cherry Creek Campground
Caller advising her boyfriend told her he was going to choke her in her sleep. During call caller was pausing so boyfriend wouldn't hear her. Caller advised they are from Texas and are staying in the forest/unknown where/he put flowers on their vehicle and tent/caller whispered "He is back" and put the phone down/open line. Dispatch can hear male in the background raising his voice.

11600 E. Highway 180
Elderly female walking toward Silver along the highway on westbound side/has either a walker or a cane. Deputy has contact with the female in the parking lot of Cross Point Church/en route with female to Walmart.

Highway 15 – Pinos Altos – 10:03 p.m.
Caller advised he can hear two males screaming and arguing. Deputies had negative contact with anyone in the area.

Weapons fired
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos – 10:56 p.m.
Caller advised he heard shots in the area and a male yelling. Deputies contacted three subjects/can hear male yelling but no gunshots/out to speak with manager/out with some subjects/got em in a tree somewhere/possibly has a weapon/en route to an address on Ranger Street/out at a Ranger Street address.

Accident-injuries
Saddle Rock Canyon and Highway 180
Flipped his vehicle. Driver wasn't paying attention and went off the road and into a little canyon and vehicle started flipping/cut on left forearm.

Saturday, Aug. 19

Domestic disturbance
Emerald Street
Between a named subject and caller's mother/physical.

Accident-property damage
Emory Pass – Highway 152
Caller advised a named male contacted him advising he left his vehicle somewhere on Highway 152/possibly in the area of the Devil's Backbone/male is a disabled vet and is possibly not in a good mental state/he told caller he did not want the vehicle towed/they towed it from Red Rock yesterday.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 35 – Lake Roberts
Caller advised someone left a damaged vehicle by her mailbox, which is blocked. Deputy requested next wrecker as caller's driveway is blocked.

Domestic disturbance
S. Highway 90 – Tyrone
Female on 911 yelling to get away from her then disconnected. Caller called back out of breath saying there is no emergency and disconnected again. Negative contact upon callback.

Sunday, Aug. 20

Welfare check
Oakwood Avenue
Open vehicle. Deputy made contact with owner/everything is okay/they forgot they left it open.

Suspicious vehicle
Little Walnut Picnic
Deputy spoke to both parties in the vehicle/clear.

Unwanted subject
2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Male is loitering near a space/wants him issued a CTW/he continues to spend the night in his Suburban/he has been told he may not. Deputy advised this is a civil matter/male did leave upon request.

Weapons fired
Chloride Flats
Caller heard about five shots. Negative contact with anyone/are hearing the shots but unable to find them.

Loud music
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Deputy spoke to owner/negative on loud music right now. Caller called advising the music is worse now that officer left. Made contact with owner who refused to speak with deputy.

Domestic disturbance
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Male hitting a female/male leaving in a grey Chevy Impala/female is refusing medical.

Loud music
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised this is an ongoing issue/wants someone to respond to cite the subject. Deputy called advising he can't enforce the issue until after 10 p.m./there isn't anything that can be done.
