Advising a named female has been cashing checks under caller's business account/unknown how many have been cashed. Officer out at M&M Auto.

Battery
Erie Street
Caller advised he was just hit in the face by a named male/parties are separated.

Welfare check
Elm Street
Next door's neighbor's son is doing narcotics in a vehicle/he is in his 40s. Officer advised is tied up at Cobre High/requesting assistance from NMSP. Hurley PD officer advised clear/male left the area.

Saturday, Aug. 19

Domestic disturbance
Runnels Drive
Caller advised her husband choked her and threw her on the floor/negative on medical/he just left. Open line/caller no longer answering.

Disturbance
Poplar Street
14-year-old son throwing things around and breaking things in the house/caller advised he has emotional issues and is upset over his brother. Officer spoke with son and parent/everything is okay.

Criminal damage to property
Aztec Avenue
Someone bent her 6-ft fence to try and get into the house. Officer spoke with neighbor who advised no one is living in house as it is being remodeled.

Walk-in would like CTW issued to a named subject who is incarcerated at GCDC. Deputy issued the CTW in person at GCDC for the address.

Domestic disturbance
Lea Drive
Caller advised her stepdad is hitting her mom/he was hitting her in the face and choking her/they both are drinking/caller had to leave. Deputy advised female dropped off at a Seven Sons address/both parties advised nothing happened/no markings.

Caller received a call that her husband's dad is yelling at his elderly mother/he is drunk/no gas is on in grandmother's house/caller is headed over there from Silver City.

Suspicious vehicle
Calle Centro
Male asleep in the back of his vehicle/white Jeep Cherokee with Texas plates. One in unit en route to male's vehicle/request wrecker.

Domestic disturbance
Manhattan Park
Verbal only. Caller advising her mother is accusing her of being drunk and she is not/mother and boyfriend are threatening to turn off her phone and send her away/advising she may smell like alcohol because she was drinking last night. Deputies advise ATL 16-year-old female who just left scene/put out ATL for her.

Deputy spoke with neighbors/everything is okay/looked around home/nothing broken.

Negligent use of firearm
S. Cleveland Street
Advised they just got home and the neighbor pulled a gun out and shot a skunk/he shot it close to caller/he did not threaten caller with it in any way.

Caller advised her and the kids' dad have been having problems and she hasn't been able to talk to them. Officer made contact with caller/everything is okay/clear.

N. James Street
A named female was pushed down to the floor by her son.

Caller advised that her son's girlfriend is telling him she is going to kill herself/she is in the D Building. Officer made contact with caller and with the girlfriend.
