Officer advised while off duty an unwanted male was yelling, screaming, and taking his clothes off. Officer made contact with male at the HMS Building/Male will be going to see a mental health . . .

Caller advised he received three phone calls and a voicemail from a female friend last night and could hear a male in the background in the voicemail stating, "A woman shouldn't be alone" and to "be quiet."/male then asked female, "Do you understand?" and she stated "Yes." Male advised he was stabbed and told caller to call 911/he left walking south on Hudson Street/he was bleeding from his right shoulder. Officer made contact with male on Hudson and 10th streets/requested ambulance for 37-year-old male stabbed in back behind right shoulder. EMS10 advised Native 32 is out of service/Native 30 is at base/advised to put Native 30 on standby.

Caller advised a male and a female are fighting/female is in a purple minivan crying/male advised he was going to kill himself and left walking. Officers had contact with both/clear/verbal only.

Male in lobby who is schizophrenic/carrying a stick and a bag/he is agitated and hearing voices/wants him removed. Operator 458 from SW Alarm and Fire called stating they have pressed their panic button. Officer out with a named male.

Caller from GW Stout principal advised a named female called him stating her 10-year-old son had "gone off the deep end"/he was upset because she didn't buy him something/he began hitting her in the face with a book and pulling her hair/he was harming himself as well/he is asleep now.
