Caller advised his children, ages 3, 6, and 8-years-of age, didn't go to school today in San Lorenzo/hasn't heard anything from the mother.

Caller advised her neighbor threatened her today. Officer spoke with caller/it was a misunderstanding.

Battery
101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised he was assaulted with a rock/his little brother threw a rock and hit him in the ribs/refusing medical/advising his brother is on meth.

Runnels Drive – 7:19 p.m.
Caller advised daughter-in-law is suffering from post-partum depression/she has her 4-year-old daughter with her who advised she is scared to be with her. Advised daughter-in-law requested someone to pick up the 4-year-old because she was having a panic attack, but when they went to pick up the little girl the mother wouldn't let her go.

Stolen motor vehicle
Runnels Drive – 9:57 p.m.
Caller advised she let his girlfriend's neighbor borrow his car three hours ago and she has not returned it. Made contact with caller and vehicle is okay.

Caller advised her place was burglarized/does not know when.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Cobre High School
Caller advised his vehicle was keyed all along the passenger side of the vehicle.

Advised she can hear yelling and things breaking inside the home. Officer advised negative contact with anyone on property/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue
Caller advised son is very irate and is walking around the house trying to hurt caller and her husband/they are locking themselves in the bedroom. Deputy requested ambulance for 49-year-old male with foot injury wanting to be transported. BFD advised to cancel out SCFD. Deputy advised subject will be transported by EMS.

Unwanted subject
Santa Rita Avenue
Someone is in her driveway sitting on a motorcycle/requests he leave the area. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/clear.

Disturbance
Arizona Avenue
Advised her son is trying to hit her and her husband is standing in between the two of them in the bedroom.

Carrasco Avenue
Caller advised male is outside the dispensary banging on the window holding a knife/he was banging on the window with his head. Caller is locked in the back room with her mother/store is unlocked.

Harassment
Pop Morrison Street – North Hurley
Caller advised she has been receiving harassing messages from a named male. Deputy made contact with caller over the phone.

Santa Clara Police Department

Monday, Aug. 28

Disturbance
N. Hutchinson Street
Caller stated her 23-year-old son hit her on her foot/he is threatening to break the windows in the home/he is walking to the street. Caller called back advising son is back at the house. Deputies advised en route to station with one in custody.

Shoplifting
11988 Highway 180
Two females taking things in progress/they walked out of the store and are standing in front. Officer advised will try to locate subjects/they left walking toward the highway/has contact at James A. Maginn with the females.

Domestic disturbance
Prescott Street – 9:20 p.m.
Advised she can hear kids screaming and a female and a male yelling at each other. Officer advised female stated it was all verbal.

Harassment
Prescott Street – 10:35 p.m.
Officer spoke to caller who advised her downstairs neighbors were harassing and threatening her. Officer spoke to neighbors who stated they have not texted anything to her and they try to avoid her.

Bard Avenue
Advised 28-year-old daughter left in a blue Chrysler Sebring possibly under the influence of meth and is schizophrenic. Two GCSO deputies and an officer out at a Miller Street address.

S. Cleveland and W. Cedar streets
Male wearing a black hoodie walking south on Cleveland Street is not acting normal. Officer had contact advising he is just out walking.

E. Morrow Street
Caller advised his parents are fighting/his sister is at location crying. Officer advised verbal only/clear.
