Bayard Police Department

Friday, Sept. 8

Welfare check
S. Yucca Street – 2:42 a.m.
Caller wants a welcheck on her daughter/she does not have any reason to believe she is in any danger or in harm's way. Deputy had contact with caller.

Welfare check
S. Yucca Street – 9:45 p.m.
Advised a named female is yelling at people passing by.

Aggravated assault
S. Yucca Street – 11:18 p.m.
Her sister attacked caller's brother with a knife/unknown if she still has the knife/(redacted) is currently at a Mackhardin street address and is not injured at all. Santa Clara PD officers with (redacted) at the Mackhardin Street address/35-year-old male has laceration to finger and arm/negative on severe.

Saturday, Sept. 9

Welfare check
N. Railroad Street
Received a call on 911/immediately disconnected. Upon callback dispatch asked if everything was okay and female advised it was not/they needed an ambulance/another female in the background asked why caller had called 911. Another female got on the line advising someone accidentally pushed another person. Dispatch could hear a male in the background advising, "Now they are gonna send someone over here."

Watson Street
Caller advised her mother is going to harm herself because she was involved in selling caller (her daughter) to men. Caller advised she is 23-years-old and is parked on the side of Highway 180. Caller left and is en route to a Maple Street address/she said, "He's here," and hung up.

Domestic disturbance
Grant and Walnut streets
Advised a male and a female are arguing/female is screaming and crying/they are walking up and down the street in front of La Mexicana. Female left/she didn't want to speak with LE.

Welfare check
S. Franey Street
A 72-year-old female with shingles is homebound and her husband is being verbally abusive to her mother/father is drunk. Officer advised (redacted) and her son will be leaving the house.

Cortez Avenue
Caller advised a named male is throwing big rocks at his fence and wants him to stop. Deputy had negative contact with (redacted) in the area.

Saturday, Sept. 9

Larceny
S. Geronimo Street
Advised her son's bike was taken around 6 p.m./she has video of the incident. Officer advised out at another S. Geronimo Street address/en route with two juvies.

Harassment
Cortez Avenue
Caller went to go ask a named male not to throw things at his house tonight and the male stated he was going to "Knock him the f*** out." Caller would like to speak to LE.

Boulder Street
Caller advised her ex is threatening to beat up her friends and family and is texting caller. Deputies en route to make copies of DVO/attempting to speak with (redacted)/negative contact.

Criminal trespass warning
11988 Highway 180
A named male is in the store and caller needs him issued a CTW. One deputy advised out at the armory with the male. Another deputy advised negative contact/put out ATL to issue a CTW.
