Caller wants (redacted) issued a CTW to his home. Deputy spoke to caller/confirmed subject does have a CTW to location.

Caller advised (redacted) was causing problems while he was trying to return items to his kids. Officers out with (redacted).

Guinevan Street – 1:28 p.m.
Caller advised his daughters witnessed the domestic yesterday and wants to make sure they are okay. Officer advised calling caller back.

Caller advised a named male came from behind the building carrying an approximately 3-year-old girl and attempted to get into caller's vehicle then went walking toward Food Basket/he seemed to be disoriented. Officer ATL/negative contact.

Caller advised a highly intoxicated male is in the parking lot bothering customers. Officer advised male left upon request/no CTW at this time.

Advising (redacted) is refusing to give her friend's baby back to her. Officer on scene.

Caller saw her son do cocaine and then he tried to hit them/he is in his room now/he is asking for his glasses/he is yelling from his room/he is walking around yelling.

(Redacted) and (redacted) are wrestling on the floor. Deputy advised parties are separated/units clear.

Caller is having issues with kids harassing her daughter/they are no longer there.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised her son threw a phone at her/it hit her hand. Deputy advised transporting (redacted) to GRMC for protective custody.

Arizona Avenue – 12:30 p.m.
Caller advised her son is trying to hit her again/he is in his room/he is being threatening. Officer advised female was calling for assistance in moving her husband to the couch.

Santa Clara Police Department

Saturday, Oct. 7

Domestic disturbance
Boulder Street
A named male just broke into the house and is yelling in the background/he is yelling at his mom/he took the screen off the window to get in/his mom says she wants him to leave. Deputy advised no forced entry/no battery occurred/he left the house. The named male just rammed caller's friend's truck.
