Caller thinks squatters are living in an abandoned red trailer/wants deputies to meet caller. Deputy advised contact with caller/en route to Madison/two named subjects were issued CTWs to this address.

Caller advised her 73-year-old boyfriend has a history of heart problems and she last spoke with him last night around 7 p.m./they normally speak every morning, but he hasn't called her and is not answering her calls/he always goes to the senior center and didn't show up today. Deputy was advised. Caller just called back advising the male just called advising he . . .

Fraud/embezzlement
Aguila Street
Caller advised he was scammed out of $900 for a motor he purchased from AUM Auto in Florida. Deputy advised as of right now, this is a civil matter.

Weapons fired
Hill Street – North Hurley
Advised someone is shooting a rifle from a residence/about five shots have been heard. Deputy advised it will be a delayed response as they have to return to their vehicle. A caller from a Cottonwood address advised a bullet hit the window/negative on any injuries.

Criminal trespass warning
11820 Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Male in the store is refusing to leave/has been harassing customers/want him issued a CTW. Deputy issued a named male an indefinite CTW for this location.

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road – 9:02 p.m.
Caller advised of a fight and caller doesn't want a female there. Deputy advised 44-year-old male with laceration to face/CTW not valid/(redacted) allowed (redacted) on property.

Disturbance
North Hurley Road – 10:25 p.m.
(Redacted) is yelling at her again/keeps going to her room and won't leave her alone. Deputy advised (redacted) dropped off at Gateway.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Welfare check
Copper Drive and Malachite Avenue – Tyrone
Advised two toddlers in pajamas and no shoes walking around unattended. Another citizen called in stating two 3-year-olds are without parents walking. SCPD called saying a male called advising he is in Alamogordo and his wife called and told him the children are missing. Mother advised the children know how to open the front door/she has an infant at the house and unable to pick them up.

Advised his daughter went to Las Palmas in El Paso and checked a 91-year-old male out of the hospital/she lives in Rio Rancho but will not advise caller where she is taking the male. Deputy spoke to daughter who told the deputy she has power-of-attorney for male and she checked him out of rehab/he is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Prescott Street – Santa Clara – 10:13 a.m.
Caller advised her mother's boyfriend went inside and started yelling at them/they are in the bedroom. Caller is back on the phone saying he went to his auntie's house/caller is headed back to the apartment/caller is 8-years-old. Deputy out at an apartment/one male in investigative detention.

1001 Prescott Street – Santa Clara – 11:15 a.m.
Caller stated a little boy told her to call/caller doesn't know who lives there/only hears noise/little boy went back to the apartment as far as she knows.

Accident-injuries
XYZ Ranch Road
Advised he is 43-years-old/when he woke up his motor bike was on top of him in a ditch/he is feeling dizzy/his ribs are sore/he has some lacerations to his face.

Shannon Drive
Caller advised people are outside her house putting up a cross in memory of (redacted)/they are causing problems with caller and she needs someone there now/they are telling caller they have permission to put it by Sheriff (redacted).

Battery
Fox Field
A named female called a deputy to advise she had been jumped at Fox Field by some girls/he is en route and wants a city unit to meet him as well. Deputy advised caller is at 29th and Swan streets/officers have contact at Fox Field with deputy/en route to a 35th Street address. Officers are clear and en route back to Fox Field.

Sunday, Oct. 15

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller advised her sister called her advising father showed up and was trying to push her/caller stated she could hear the father yelling in the background. Deputy had contact with (redacted).

Alamo Street – 4:12 a.m.
Advised a male is beating up his mother/caller did witness this. When asked further questions a female got on the line and was uncooperative and disconnected the line. Second caller advised (redacted) is being hit by her son.

Larceny
North Hurley Road
(Redacted) stole caller's sister's chain from the back of her truck. Deputy had negative contact.

Alamo Street – 1:53 p.m.
Caller advised as she was passing by she could hear yelling at this house/it's between a named male and his mother and aunt. Deputies advised they have contact with (redacted)/clear.

Can hear two females arguing/caller going to the neighbor's house/it has gotten physical/caller stated she found out her girlfriend was cheating on her. Deputy requested ambulance for 29-year-old female unable to see out of right eye/Whiskey Creek VFR busy on another call.
