The Silver City MainStreet Project is excited to share the participant application for the 33rd Annual Lighted Christmas Parade beginning at 7:00 pm on Saturday, November 25, 2023 in downtown Silver City!

The entry fee is $10. As with last year, there is no theme to the parade. We are excited to see what you create!

New this year, we extended the application deadline to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 15.

The application deadline has previously fallen two Mondays before the parade. Last year we received a lot of requests for late entries. We hate saying no, but there is a limit to what we can accommodate after the deadline closes. This year we have moved the deadline back as far as we can to give you more time to submit your application, but this also means it is a hard deadline, and we are unable to accommodate late registration requests. As with previous years, this is not a post mark deadline — entries must be received in the MainStreet office (see application) by 4:00 pm on November 15.

Please mark your calendars and submit your applications on time to ensure your spot in the parade!

We are excited to once again offer prizes of MainStreet Gift Certificates awarded to the top entries in each of the three categories (see application for categories): 1st Place $75, 2nd Place $50, and 3rd Place $25.
