Bobcat directly in front of this address/was in front of yard and jumped a fence/lost contact. Game and Fish was advised. Deputy advised NMSP that it is a mountain lion not a bobcat/now in the area of the 300 block of Aztec.

E. Highway 180 and Arenas Valley Road
Daughter's husband was hitting her driving down the road/2001 maroon Chevy pickup. Deputy advised negative contact with vehicle at this time.

Criminal trespass warning
Santa Rita Mine Road – Vanadium
Rover from Chino Security will meet deputy at the gate and escort them in/"dark man" is on the property/caller believes he already has a CTW. Santa Clara PD officer advised subject will be Richard/unknown last name. Deputy advised person who was on mine property has a warrant/advised one in custody en route to GCSO.

Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Advised possible child abuse/growing and selling drugs out of the home/four children – 2, 4, 6, and 10-years-of-age/caller hasn't been around since September and doesn't know how the conditions inside the home and work are.

Whiskey Creek Airport Road – Arenas Valley
Walk-in reports a gun is missing from location. Deputy advised responding to domestic/advised walk-in to return another time to file report.

Breaking and entering
Camino de Vida – Upper Mimbres
Advised that a named female is trying to break into the home/she is in front of the home/she is still there pounding on the door/she just broke into the home/she and her boyfriend are outside by the garage trying to take a vehicle.

Highway 180 – Buckhorn
Caller's husband is breaking things in the house/he pushed caller/he is now outside messing with caller's truck.

Highway 78 – Harden Cienega
Three miles from Highway 78 on Harden Cienega. Caller advised they are out hunting and his wife is intoxicated and causing issues and will not let him or his son go into camping trailer. Bad reception/phone keeps breaking out then lost connection. Deputy advised just got onto Harden Cienega/ATL.

Highway 180 – MM 129 (2 miles south of Hurley)
Subject walking on side of road toward Hurley. NMSP officer advised contact closer to MM 130/male on a motorbike/being given a ride by NMSP. Deputy advised clear.

Vehicle parked on side of road. Deputy advised male was sleeping.

Criminal trespass warning
W. Lincoln Street – Santa Clara
Caller advising his ex-son-in-law keeps going to caller's property and yelling in the front yard and parking in front and playing his music very loudly/he just left right now but keeps going back and forth/he does have a CTW to this address. Deputy advised attempting a traffic stop at Central Elementary/passing church/passing Mill/has hazards on/is not stopping.

Caller advised someone hacked her Verizon account and ordered 50 iPhones.

Advised his wife passed in August and someone used her credit card. Subject has reported the incident on a prior date.

Elderly lady hit a pole and went through a fence/she stated she is okay/off roadway. Silver City PD officer advised driver side front and rear tires deflated and wrapped in barbed wire/send next wrecker/wrecker on scene.

Advised she is receiving texts from her soon-to-be-ex-husband threatening to drive to Silver City to "kill" her/she has started the process for DVO and divorce/he resides in Idaho/he has a history of mental illness.

Walk-in advised computer was hacked. Deputy did driver's license check.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

Windy Flat Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised he has not had contact with his daughter for over a year/her vehicle hasn't moved in 2-3 weeks/because of a restraining order he has not been able to check on her. Deputy advised (redacted) is very upset because she didn't know who called.

Coleman Drive
Caller advised there is a verbal domestic at this address/he is working across the street/male is outside/female is inside the residence/doesn't know either person. Deputy advised all verbal/everything is okay.

Missing persons
N. Swan Street
14-year-old caller advised her mother left a few hours ago and hasn't returned/caller called stepdad who stated mom jumped out of vehicle/caller is home alone/mom isn't answering her phone now. Deputy advised to ping cell reference history of suicide.

Tyrone Post Office
Advised wife left vehicle near the area/she is on medication for a mental disability/she left from the vehicle one hour and 15 minutes ago. Deputy has possible contact with female at the Tyrone Post Office.

Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres – 4:24 p.m.
An 80-year-old male who has a history of bipolar disorder is possibly off his meds/he told a relative earlier he was experiencing homicidal ideations/he was thinking of purchasing a weapon to "shoot " his brother. Negative contact with anyone at the residence.

Red Rock Road – Mangas Valley
Caller advised his mother is denying power to the house/she wants him to leave since he didn't provide any money/she shut the power off/she is upstairs/he lives in the downstairs apartment. Deputy advised it was all verbal/power was restored.

Welfare check
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres – 8:11 a.m.
Caller stated he doesn't know where his brother is/an officer found him last night and "passed" the welcheck, but he is a harm to himself/he made concerning statements to a cousin/he has suicidal ideations/he is also homicidal and now threatening to kill caller, who is his brother.

Criminal damage to property
Burnham Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised two men are damaging something/he can't see, just hear them. Deputy had negative contact with subjects around or near the property.

Kirkland Road and Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Male going in and out of traffic. Deputy out with the male/male under the influence of narcotics/advised him to stay out of the roadway/clear.

Reckless driver
Western Drive
Kids are going on caller's driveway and spinning circles/one 4wheeler with two kids on it. Deputy had negative contact with 4wheeler/spoke to callers.

Domestic disturbance
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
A named male and a named female are fighting/he is tearing up the house and she is standing outside. Deputy advised the male was re-issued the CTW and the female was taken to SOS.

Unwanted subject
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised his brother is there and he does not want him there due to past death threats/advised his brother is knocking at the door saying he is there for some mail. Deputy advised clear from location/en route to a Mimbres Yucca Drive address to deliver mail and speak with brother/clear/everything is okay.

A male neighbor is outside yelling and screaming at someone across the creek that he is going to kill them. Deputy made contact with the male who stated everything was okay/he was just yelling at his music. Second caller advised subject just yelled out about killing someone's children and grandchildren and yelling out profanities and . . .
