A named individual was passed out in the back of the school. Officer advised everything is okay.

Someone took his gas containers.

Unattended death
Budge Drive
Caller advised male is not answering door/she has a key to get in but he has a bar on the door keeping her out/she can see him on the couch and he isn't moving/it's caller's brother. 68-year-old male. Officer to notify OMI.

Larceny
Maple Street
Caller advised his neighbor is stealing his electricity and also broke a lock to a power outlet on his property. Officer out at address.

Sunday, Dec. 10

Criminal damage to property
500 East Street – Bayard Low Income Apartments
Advised his snowman decoration was damaged.

Fight
Lusk and Royal streets
10 kids filming each other fighting and brawling on Lusk Street/there are adults watching them. Officer has contact with the juvies on Fahey and Tom Foy behind the Snappy Mart.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Budge Drive
Caller advised someone stabbed his tire with a knife. Clear/en route to East Street to try to make contact with the juvies from prior criminal damage.

Suspicious vehicle
Guinevan Street
Caller advised a vehicle is parked in front of his house playing very loud music. Officer advised female left the property.

Disturbance
Cortez Avenue – 12:59 a.m.
Caller advising a named male is outside yelling and throwing things at caller's fence. Deputy made contact with male and advised him to keep it down and go to bed. Caller called back advising male is back outside yelling and throwing things and telling deputy he was on his own property and could do what he wanted. NMSP officer advised caught the male sneaking out of the house again/he was . . .

Caller advised she is having problems with her nephew. Officer made contact with caller and at her request issued the nephew an indefinite CTW for her address.

Sunday, Dec. 10

Welfare check
Santa Clara Armory
Caller advising she has been hearing a car alarm going off for about 10 minutes. Caller can now hear a female yelling and crying. Dispatch can hear a female yelling and an alarm going off. Officer advised one female in unit en route to a N. Hurley Road address.

Shoplifting
11988 Highway 180
Caller advised a named male took antifreeze and other items and left/he is on video. Officer advised if male is located stop and issue CTW for Dollar General in Santa Clara.

Unwanted subject
Boulder Street – 6:44 p.m.
Caller advised a named male is at her home refusing to leave/he kicked in her door. Officer advised parties will be separated for the night/male will be calling tomorrow for a civil standby.

Harassment
Boulder Street – 7:49 p.m.
Caller advised the male threatened to drive his car through her trailer/he said he is going to do it and end up in jail tonight/caller left walking toward the highway. Bayard PD officer had contact with female at Highway 180 and Boulder. XCPD officer en route with one in unit to Bayard Food Basket.
