Caller advised her brother is there and she no longer wants him there. Officer advised female is highly uncooperative.

A named female is going crazy/she just got out of jail and causing a disturbance. Officer advised units clear/she was playing her music loud while she cleaned/she turned it down.

Advised a female is screaming behind the Drifter in one of the rooms. Officer out on foot to see if he can hear screaming in the area/found open window/will check to see if anyone is inside the room.

A homeless male with short dreadlocks tried to keep caller's employee from getting out of her car.

Caller advised someone rutted his driveway/he is going to have to use heavy machinery to fix it. Officer set up frequent patrol for next few weeks.

Advised that a male is sitting on the ground inside/he is refusing to leave/negative on a CTW/just want him to leave. Officer issued Prentis Johnson a CTW for the location.

Stolen motor vehicle

Advised a 1996 Toyota pickup was taken from the property/the property is vacant but left the vehicle on the property and it is gone now. Officer advised follow-up on Leslie Road.

Advised her realtor noticed the doorknob and the handle were stolen from the door and the lockbox was taken as well. Officer requested frequent patrol for next few weeks.

Male outside with his dog/if located issue CTW.

45 minutes ago a red 1990s Ford Ranger went toward Walmart/took two Milwaukee 12 amp batteries/video and paperwork is ready. Officer made contact with caller.

Advised a named female is intoxicated and she drove herself to the location/she threw a box and a computer off the table. Officer advised one female in unit en route to GRMC.

Sister-in-law outside in the middle of the street yelling/already cursed at her mother/possibly under the influence.

Advised a female is in the roadway trying to stop traffic. Officer has contact with female/advised female has warrant out of Judge Clark's court for failure to comply hold without bond/Gemma Escobar-Ortiz in custody.

Advised that a named male and a named female are asking to see the children and there is no court order that either party has visitation at this time.

Caller advised that a named female just left their property in a red Dodge Ram/she was intoxicated but they couldn't stop her. ATL given to county.

503 N. Hudson Street – 8:08 p.m.
Caller advised someone just shot through the window of the restaurant/it almost hit one of her employees/they heard a pop then they noticed the shot through the window. Caller was just advised there was a white car driving north on Hudson. Officer confirmed at least one shot fired/can see part . . .

Saturday, Dec. 23

Welfare check
Received a call from a male about 10 minutes ago saying that he had received a call from a friend saying there were people at her house trying to kill her and her boyfriend/she is at a house with her kids and is okay. Officer advised complex is okay.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male drank a bottle/has more items/want a CTW issued. Officer has Juan Marquez in investigative detention/he was issued an indefinite CTW for Walmart and released on a citation to appear.

A named male who has a CTW is outside the building.

An infant and a child are inside an unoccupied vehicle in Row #6/it is a white Hyundai Elantra/small girl is in the driver seat. Officer ran plate and ID'd a male and a female.

Male is shoplifting. That is all the info caller has.

The window to the computer room was broken/it appears as if nothing was taken.

Female gave address then hung up. Officer advised male in custody and conducted a weapons check.

Subject broke into the vacuum/is in the ditch between carwash and La Familia.

Suspicious vehicle

GCSO deputy advised one at gunpoint. SCPD officer advised has one in investigative detention/Terance Hicks has four wants out of Luna County. Deputy requested ambulance for 28-year-old male/possible seizure/going numb in right arm. Officer has one in custody.

Accident-property damage
3200 Pinos Altos Road and E. 32nd Street
Caller hit a deer/car in roadway/deer is not.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS
Male is cussing and yelling at staff and blaring his music/no one can watch movies/they want him to leave for the day. Officer advised everything is okay at SPIN/will be en route to SOS.

A named subject will possibly run out soon. Officer has contact with subject.

Male ran out of automotive side of Walmart with a cart full of products/got into a white truck with a camper /headed toward 32nd. Officer advised they will be getting video on a later date.

A named male told caller he was gonna punch him in the face and put a screwdriver in his face. Officer advised of call/requesting county to assist.

A named female advising she was sexually assaulted by the landlord a couple of days ago. Officer checked on caller/she is okay/a little unstable/clear.
