Neighbors are throwing rocks at each other/one of them hit his window/it isn't broken. Officer advised negative on any dispute/caller has mental issues.

Welfare check
Park Street
Caller advising she can hear a male yelling for help and what sounds like banging on a wall. Officer had negative contact with anyone yelling/clear.

Tuesday, Jan. 2

Larceny
E. Elm Street
Caller advised the neighbor went into her yard and stole her cedar brinks (bricks?) which were up against her fence line. Officer investigating.

Welfare check
N. Foy Street
Advised his mother was murdered and hung by the ceiling fan and dug out her heart and is now trying to murder his grandmother/caller advised the murderer was his child's mother. Officer advised en route for a welcheck on the mother/XCPD officer advised out at the location.

Caller advised her and a named male are fighting/he threw something at her/she wants him out.

A named female is at the residence and refusing to leave/negative on anything physical/just wants her to leave.

Caller advised hasn't heard from the mother or her child since Dec. 26, 2023. Officer advised negative on first address/headed to second/contact caller.

Black Toyota Tundra/sitting there scoping out the area/walking up to the gate of this address/seeing it from the ring camera. Officer advised male has an indefinite CTW to this address.

Caller advised a male is in her yard refusing to leave/wearing a black hoodie/now standing on doorstep/she is home alone.

Caller was supposed to take a male to Las Cruces for a VA appointment but caller has been unable to get a hold of him for the past couple of days/he is in his 70s. Officer made contact with male/he advised his phone is broken/will call caller.

Caller advised a named female stated she had gone into the woods with a razor blade with intent of harming herself. Deputy advised en route to grandma's to speak with grandma and check if the female is there.

Monday, Jan. 1

Larceny
Jasper Street
Male and female on the walking path between Bayard and Santa Clara. Officer advised NMSP handled the call and property was returned.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Santa Clara Brewery
Red BMW was keyed on the hood at this parking lot/thinks it was done on purpose. Officer advised this call is for Santa Clara near Espanola.

They want a male and a female CTW'd from the store. Officer had negative contact with either.

Caller advised her son is outside and she wants him to leave/he is a drug addict and was kicked out of the house this morning by her husband and now she is alone/he's wearing a black hoodie/has a stab wound that happened in Albuquerque.
