HeidiOgasJanuary 14, at 10:00 am, 3845 North Swan Street – "A New Beginning: ‘Speaking the Unspeakable: A Talk About GOD’”

Heidi Ogas, long time resident of Silver City will discuss what was a "New Beginning" for her by sharing one of her father's sermons, "Speaking the Unspeakable: A Talk About GOD"

Unitarian Universalist Rev. Joseph S. Willis was a preacher, pastor, painter, and poet. In this sermon he discusses the word God and how that word may have different meanings to different people but also how the word God is not actually God. Ogas will share her fahter's thoughts on our human concept of what God is and isn't.

Childcare is available on second and fourth Sundays. Parents are invited to bring children 3-12 years old to play and participate in activities led by 10th grader Ivy Stephens-Etheridge.

There are speakers on the patio if you wish to listen to the service outside.
