States he ordered some things from JC Penny by Christmas and never got them/JC Penny is saying they were delivered/he checked his cameras and didn't see anything delivered. Officer made contact with caller.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
11072 W. Highway 180 – Hillside Haven
Caller advised someone removed a lug nut off the front and back tires. Deputy made contact with caller who wanted to know if the frequent patrol was still in place for the residence until Jan 18.

Accident-property damage
Highway 15 – MM 2
Vehicle vs deer/both are out of the roadway. Deputy advised one shot fired/deer is deceased.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 149 (3 miles west of Dwyer Road)
White Saturn SUV headed toward Hurley swerving all over the roadway. Deputy advised went traffic with vehicle at Highway 180 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery) with NM runaway/driver is okay.

Accident-injuries
Apache Mound Road
A female is unresponsive in a vehicle off in a ditch one-quarter mile from Highway 90/silver Ford 4dr/female is breathing/not conscious. EMS1 advised check Native status/Air 32 accepted/standby at base/TYFD 62 en route to Station 6.

Fraud/embezzlement
Coleman Drive
Walk-in advised she thinks her husband took all her money out of her bank account.

Unattended death
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
80-year-old female/blue and cold/they did CPR/she does have a DNR. Calling OMI/ETA 45-1 hour.

Reckless driver
Highway 35 – MM 2
Headed toward San Lorenzo/a car pulling another car with no tires in the back sparking on the roadway. Deputy advised negative contact anywhere in the area.

Burglary
70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer Park
Mobile home manager advised Trailer 6 called advising Trailer 7 is being broken into. Deputy advised everything is okay/nobody is at this space at this time.

Kidnapping
Highway 35 and Chaparral
Report, no narrative.

Accident-property damage
Vehicle vs deer/caller already had vehicle towed to body shop/deer removed from road/caller is in Pinos Altos. Deputy advised subject was too intoxicated to understand/advised him to call in the morning when he is able to give a report.

Welfare check
Bandoni Drive
Caller advising when he left his home approximately 2.5 hours ago his neighbor's lights in his vehicle were on/he just arrived home and they are still on/does not know his name/he is a pastor/did not want to go on his property unannounced.

Vehicle wrecked into a power pole/person still trapped in vehicle/pole is live/will need PNM to respond/contact with power company. Advised that Chino Mine is leaving the scene/they will need an EMS intercept/male patient with back and head pain. EMS10 advised intercept at Dollar General.

Accident-property damage
S. Highway 90 – Whitewater Road
Black SUV hit a deer/caller is just passing by/he did check if anyone is hurt/deer in the road.

Reckless driver
Penjamo – North Hurley
Caller was run off the road by a pickup/pickup continued north on North Hurley Road/negative injuries. Deputy out at a North Hurley Road address/made contact with owner and advised them of caller's . . .

Unwanted subject
Chavez Street – Upper Mimbres --
Advised his step-brother kicked in the door of his dad's house and pushed his nephew/want step-brother issued a CTW. Deputy had contact with caller/negative contact with male/he was gone on arrival/will ATL.

Chavez Street – Upper Mimbres
Caller from SCI advised two 15-year-old children have lived by themselves for two weeks/there is dog feces all over the residence. Deputy made contact with (redacted).

Thursday, Jan. 18

Larceny
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised part of the metal from her metal shed has been stolen out of the box.

Criminal damage to property
Fierro Road – Fierro
Someone broke the meter to get water and now there Is water everywhere.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley Road – 12:58 p.m.
White semi with a dirt trailer is all over the roadway/truck is approaching Santa Clara. Deputy had contact at bottom Snappy in Bayard.

Palo Verde Drive
Male is out of breath and unable to say what is wrong.

Shooting
Coleman Drive
Caller from GRMC advised the hospital is on lockdown and the subject is in the ER at this time being treated. Deputies advised all en route to Coleman Drive/one in investigative detention.

Disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Advised the named neighbor from two doors down threw rocks at the trailer and damaged it/he threw rocks at caller as well and caller was hit by the rocks/negative on medical attention.

San Lorenzo Elementary
Silver Jeep Liberty on the side of the road with flashers on/did not stop to check. Deputies advised clear/male has a flat tire/going to wait for someone to help them/vehicle moved out of the road.

Hanover Canyon and Fierro roads
Caller stated her sister left a couple of hours ago and now is stuck on Hanover Canyon Road in a white Honda car. Deputy advised back in unit/going to drive further down to try and locate/received updated coordinates from parents.
