Elderly female in a red nightgown walking around/can barely walk. Deputy made contact with subject/she is staying with her daughter and wandered off.

Caller from Adult Protective Services advised they received a call from a 71-year-old female advising her son is threatening to take her pellet stove out of her residence/she wants a CTW placed on her son as she is afraid he will steal her pellet stove. Deputy had negative contact x 2/phone has busy tone then hangs up immediately.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Ocotillo Drive – Lower Mimbres
Advised the window on the neighbor's vehicle is broken/neighbors are out of town. Deputy set up frequent patrol for a month.

Criminal trespass warning
Monte Street – Arenas Valley
Advised the grandpa to his son showed up to his home and dropped his son off and the grandpa has a CTW. Deputies on scene.

Welfare check
Cleveland Street
Caller from APS advised two subjects left the nursing home AMA/just concerned they made it home/both suffer from dementia. Bayard PD officer advised both are okay/will contact caller.

Assault
Ridge Road
Female states she is bleeding from the head/a male and a female hit her on the head with something, possibly brass knuckles. Deputy requested EMS on standby/ATL the area.

Accident-property damage
Ridge Road
Deputy requesting NMSP to take a crash report/contact OHR (Occupational Health Resources)/need another test/OHR en route ETA 15-20 minutes/have female in unit to OHR.

Loud party
Running Iron Ridge – Tyrone
Deputy advised stayed in the area/they turned the music back up/en route to make contact.

Saturday, Jan. 27

Unwanted subject
Jasper Drive – Santa Clara
A named female was at the residence/she left in a green van/she took wood and is now gone/she has a CTW. Deputies out at an address in Bayard.

Mountain View Road
Caller from NM Crisis advised a named male has plans to shoot his girlfriend and mother then overdose on fentanyl or shoot himself. Deputy advised the male yelled through the window that he was fine and said "Get the f**k off my property."

Reckless driver
Mahogany Drive
Caller advised a girl driving a UTV has torn up his driveway/requests contact/he has pictures. Deputy responded and made contact with parties.

Welfare check
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller was on the phone with a named female when her ex-boyfriend came home and the female had to get off/there is a history of abuse. Caller didn't have an address. Deputy spoke with both parties/everything is okay/just in the middle of a conversation/units cleared.

Wind Canyon Road and Highway 180
Female sitting down not moving /caller didn't stop to see if she needed assistance. Deputy had contact past MM 106 (4 miles west of Highway 90 junction)/she advised her car broke down/help is on the way.

Accident-property damage
Turkey Creek Highway 154 – MM 3
Vehicle is rolled and windows are broken/caller is in a 2017 silver Jeep Cherokee/calling from a 911 phone/caller didn't see anyone in the vehicle/might have been there since yesterday. Deputy had contact with caller.

Domestic disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Caller has a 15-year-old granddaughter who is bi-polar/she dropped a 10-month-old baby then went outside/Grandma (caller) followed her and she slapped grandma/she is outside now yelling. Deputies advised one 16-year-old female juvi in protective custody/en route to GRMC.

Welfare check
Cottage San Road and Jade Drive
Subject in an electric wheelchair in the middle of the road going south. Deputy will be taking the female to her residence at unknown location.
