Caller is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and is expressing concern for 14-year-old daughter/she has been cutting herself, drinking alcohol, and using drugs/is requesting an involuntary hold be placed on the female. Caller was advised to complete forms and fax them to GCSO office. Caller advised she will fax when complete.

Caller advised a named male is threatening to kill his mother and stepfather then said he would kill himself/he called caller about 30 minutes ago/he is her son-in-law/he was molested by his stepfather and is having a mental health issue due to it.

Caller advised she just woke up and her white 1985 Chevy S10 is gone/believes a named male took it.

Caller advised someone has been taking people's mail in the area/someone was following the mail carrier today. Deputy set up frequent patrol from 9 to 11 a.m. for the next month in Pinos Altos.

66-year-old male was on the phone with a representative/advised it sounded like someone was telling him what to say/looks like there is financial impact on the card/believe someone else might be using it. Deputies made contact with homeowner who advised male no longer lives there/attempted contact with caller with negative contact.

Caller advised a named female needs to be taken off the property because she is causing issues/male then asked for his phone/no longer have contact with female caller. Deputies ATL with negative contact.

Caller has been trying to reach an 82-year-old female for a couple of weeks/also tried to reach her son who lives in California. Deputy made contact with female/she is okay/will call caller back.

Caller advised someone rear-ended her husband/vehicles are out of the roadway in the median/both parties are walking around/no one seems to be injured.

Gold RAV4 vs grey truck/both vehicles in roadway/no injuries/send wrecker for the WNMU plate.

Jaguar Street – Santa Clara – 5:31 p.m.
Black Toyota parked in the cul-de-sac since 4 p.m. Deputy advised subject moved the vehicle and was just waiting for her friend.

Caller is provider with HMS/a named male fired caller as his psychiatrist about a month ago stating he wanted a male psychiatrist/believes he is in a manic state and possibly off his medications.

Advising a named male never showed up for his visit with caller at FBMC yesterday and has not heard from him since. Deputy advised walked around the house/no one outside or inside/will call caller.

Caller from Pecos Cyber Academy advised they haven't been able to make contact with student or guardian/child attends virtual classes. Deputy advised negative contact/nobody appears to be staying there/attempted contact with caller/negative contact/no contact at residence/no vehicles/called caller back . . .

Advising a named female is inside caller's home/she is fighting with caller's uncle/they are okay now. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Caller is social worker from La Plata Middle School/13-year-old student told caller she doesn't have food at home/stated she told the father and the father stated they don't have money until February/student also told caller yesterday and said the SCI referral isn't done yet/there have been SCI reports in the past.

5-year-old male walking alone back up to his mother's who lives in the area/residences are all 10-acre lots/she will stand by with child until LE arrives. Deputy has contact.

Requesting BPD/no Bayard unit in service/send county. Deputy requested ambulance for 33-year-old male with lacerations to arm and forehead.

Caller states a pickup is backed up to La Tienda's door. Deputy advised everything is okay/will check the doors.

Caller from Security advised they have visual on a trespasser. Deputy advised negative contact/everything is okay/all units clear.

Caller is a clinical mental health doctor and states that she works with juveniles/one of her clients stated she knows another child from her school who made statements about running away/only has the name. Deputy tried calling x 2 with negative contact.

Advised that his 80-year-old wife who has dementia left the house/caller cannot remember what she was wearing. Deputy ATL in the area.

Fraud/embezzlement
Pike street – Arenas Valley
Caller states personnel from Microsoft advised her that there was fraud on her bank account and told her to take out $20,000 which she did. She then called Microsoft and they advised her they would never ask her to do that. Caller is afraid due to the scammer knowing her address that they will come and hurt her or rob her/requesting contact from deputy.
