The Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the March 2024 Chamber Luncheon with our featured guest speaker, Julie Halbig, Director of Compliance, and Initiatives at the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority. The topic of Julie's presentation will be "All Things Housing for Low- and Moderate-Income New Mexicans".

The luncheon will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Grant County Veteran's Memorial Business and Conference Center.

Julie Halbig serves as MFA's Director of Compliance and Initiatives and has been with MFA since August 2021. Julie is responsible for compliance, overseeing the Affordable Housing Act Program, Environmental Review as well as special initiatives such as the MFA Housing Summit. Julie has 25 years of experience in all aspects of government relations and represented a variety of clients before the Indiana General Assembly. Julie earned her B.A. in Political Science and her Law degrees from Indiana University-McKinney School of Law.
