Roommate made threats to cut off caller’s head and stick a knife in his throat/he does have several large knives/they are separated at this time. Officer on scene/requests EMS for 57-year-old male with laceration to forehead and taser deploy.

Assault
Park Street
Dad is hitting caller’s mother/he has been drinking/caller is 11-years-old/little 5-year-old sister is at the house as well/last time this happened the father popped the tires to the vehicle with an ice pick.

Shoplifting

Caller believes he saw a male put something in his jacket/unknown what it was/male no longer on scene. Officer advised no report at this time until they review camera footage.

Burglary

Caller advised she just got home/window is knocked open/Xboxes were taken/PC was attempted to be taken. Caller called back advising she knows who took her stuff.

Stated grandfather went for a walk in the backyard and has not returned/76-years-old/left about four hours ago.

Burglary
Horseshoe Drive – North Hurley
Caller stated someone broke into their house/happened about an hour ago/neighbor saw them leaving the house/subjects used a cutting torch to cut the locks to garage. Santa Clara PD officer on Horseshoe attempting to locate.

Larceny
B Street
People who live across the street stole his debit card/also they have tech that can teleport them and also take all his money from his account.

Battery

(Redacted) just hit caller in the back of the head/(redacted) punched caller in the face/(redacted) has a black eye. Caller advised she does not need an ambulance but (redacted), a 26-year-old male, does for his black eye.

Welfare check

Caller has been trying to call a 67-year-old male but gets no answer/he is an alcoholic/last spoke to him about a week ago/he has been in bed for six days. Deputy has contact with male, who is complaining of right arm pain.

Caller advised (redacted) is destroying caller’s house. Deputies advised Ft Bayard and Santa Clara officers out with male/GCSO units have contact.

Hear them arguing/possibly physical. Officer advised all units clear/everything is okay.

Officer advised they were going to go ghost-hunting/going to pack it up and leave.

Stated her mother just called and caller could hear her brother yelling at the mother. Officer advised clear/mother stated he can stay as long as he stays in his room.

Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised (redacted) is trying to break into caller’s garage/unable to give description/ garage does not have windows. Caller advised the male also flies a drone above her house all day long. Subject does have a CTW dated Nov. 2023.
