Advised his girlfriend is outside lying in the middle of the roadway/she has schizophrenia-bipolar-manic/she is refusing to go to GRMC to get assistance. Deputy requested ambulance for a 50-year-old female to location/unknown medical.

49-year-old daughter is screaming and just rambling/being verbally aggressive.

Has questions regarding criminal trespass laws.

Domestic disturbance

Advised two females in the parking lot/it is going to be physical between the two females/they are mother and daughter/daughter choked the mother/mother is crying/they are in an extended Ford F150.

A named male contacted a deputy on the deputy's cell phone advising earlier in the day the boyfriend of a female sent him harassing texts.

Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised his neighbors are trespassing on his property/they go and party there all the time/there are 5-10 juveniles. Deputy made contact with caller/negative contact with anything/caller wants frequent patrol through the night.

Advised his son is hitting the walls of the room. Can hear subject speaking loudly in the background. He is possibly under the influence of narcotics/does have a history of PTSD. Deputy responded.

Accident-property damage
11575 E. Highway 180 near Baca's Funeral Chapel
Advised a female hit a deer/vehicle is in the median. Second caller advised negative on injuries/vehicle is very damaged/white Toyota Highlander/two deer are dead on the side . . .

Game and Fish
Tyrone Post Office
Injured deer behind the post office. Deputy advised one shot fired.

Larceny
Highway 180 and Carrasco Avenue – Hurley
Someone stole a battery out of a construction vehicle parked on the dirt lot for the new Dollar General.

Third party call advised a deer was hit and is still in the road injured. Deputy advised checked both sets of tracks, also tracks on highway/negative contact.

Deputies advised out with male who stabbed himself multiple times/send EMS/in alley on Romero. Bayard PD officer advised to go through alley of 3rd between Romero and Aztec.

Wednesday, Mar. 20

Disturbance
Pinos Altos Cemetery
Advised a named subject is causing a disturbance at the funeral. Deputy made contact with caller who advised nothing was physical and subject left scene without causing further incident.

Criminal trespass warning
Lamp Bright Road – Santa Rita
Deputy spoke with walk-in who asked if a CTW could be placed on a named individual. Walk-in was advised the deputy would attempt to locate the individual.

Welfare check
Silver Bell Road – Pinos Altos
Male saying he has an emergency but won't say what is going on. He says he is walking by a dirt road (pinged on Silver Bell)/he just kept saying "Figure it out."/he became frustrated and irate and hung up/male was out of breath and it sounded like he was walking. Deputy made contact with caller/advised one male in unit en route to Silver/everything is okay.

Caller (park manager) advised an unknown female there is causing issues and keeps driving in the area recklessly. Deputy out at (redacted).

Stolen motor vehicle
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advising his son just stole a red dirt bike/saw it on his camera/saw him walking away from the property pushing the bike. Deputy advised caller got the bike back/issued an indefinite CTW to a named subject/giving subject a ride to the end of Broken Arrow.

Breaking and entering
Artcher Road
Caller advised someone may have been breaking into this trailer but has not seen anyone/saw the door is open but he is afraid to go in there/wants LE to check it out. Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

Thursday, Mar. 21

Welfare check
Fargo Trail – White Signal
Advised her 17-year-old daughter has been staying with caller's grandparents since Sunday/stated her daughter is being brainwashed by her grandparents not to return home to caller/wants to file kidnapping charges against her grandparents/daughter is suicidal/daughter suffers from mental health issues.

Suspicious vehicle
Bataan Memorial Park
Advised three males are working on a white vehicle at location who seem to be under the influence.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller requests public service call reference trespassing. Deputy set up frequent patrol between 11 and 12 p.m. and between 4 and 6 a.m. for the next few days.

Unwanted subject
17 Kirkland Road
Stated unknown number of subjects showed up on foot trying to hurt him/caller hung up before any more questions could be asked. Deputy made contact with caller/checked the building with negative contact with anyone in the building/caller called back advising the male he was calling on earlier was back on the property and just left in a Honda.

Fraud/embezzlement
Cottage San Road
Caller states she was told by SCPD she has an international warrant and that all the money she has in the bank is 'dirty'/was told to send $18,000/was given name and badge number to a US Marshal in Homeland Security and phone number.

Something about a male who was just released from jail and is trying to break into his trailer. Deputy will ATL through the night/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Oakwood Avenue
A named male is throwing things around in a grey 2000 Toyota Camry parked at this location/he has been drinking today/male is out of the vehicle standing there.
